Devoted customer I have been going to Randy Kuehl's service department on my Honda Accord for a number of years. Recently I moved out of state, while back for a famil I have been going to Randy Kuehl's service department on my Honda Accord for a number of years. Recently I moved out of state, while back for a family visit I was in desperate need of an oil change and called hoping they could get me in (the sooner the better). Not only did they get me in, they remembered me, welcomed me home with the response you would expect from a close friend, and treated me with amazing service as usual. When you find a place like this you are sad to leave it! I adore the people with whom I work at Randy Kuehl and I know that is a rare find in any customer service industry! More

After many years of reading info and many hours of car lot drive-throughs, I have come to refer to car salesmen as vultures--waiting at the door to attack! Not once did I feel that way at Randy Kuehl Honda. Each time (and there were many) I went in there, I was greeted in a friendly, honest helpful way. The salesman who worked with me, Trent Pearson, aka "Pretty Boy Pearson, will be known to me as Trent "Patient" Pearson. It took me MONTHS to assess the competition's packages and pricing and options and come to my decision. I never got a pressured or rushed feeling from him. He really wants his customers to get what they want, no matter how long it takes. He even invites me to come back with any questions, concerns, etc. He also wanted me to give credit to Phil, aka "Cupcake" who led me through the financing arrangements. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody interested in a car. I expect they would be treated as well as I was. My BFF has already said she will visit Trent when she is ready to change vehicles. She really likes my Fit' More

Closing time pop in for service! 2 months ago I went in for an oil change. They suggested a new battery soon. I said I would get it on my next visit. Yesterday I was shopping with 2 months ago I went in for an oil change. They suggested a new battery soon. I said I would get it on my next visit. Yesterday I was shopping with my mother, and my battery died. I got my car jumped. It was 10 minutes before closing time at the dealership. I got to the dealership in 8 minutes and they did not hesitate to take care of putting a new battery in for me on the spot. I have only had good care at this dealership and the employees could not be nicer! More
WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR NAIL IN TIRE Enjoyed dealing with Trent, Adolfo, & Quentin. Take note they aren't service. Apparently takes a week to fix a flat tire. Still flat not fixed. comfortable I stopped in for an oil change. I asked about new wiper Blades. The price was fair and included installation. I was expecting installation would be ex I stopped in for an oil change. I asked about new wiper Blades. The price was fair and included installation. I was expecting installation would be extra, but finding out it was part of the service sold me. Any other shop would charge extra. I appreciate being treated with respect, even if I'm not a "car guy" , just an old lady. Will be back definitely. More
Great service. Very dated dealership. Service advisors, especially John, are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Dealership physical appearance is old and dated. Service department really won me over with their professionalism and impeccable service. Adolfo was on the phone and also working with the technicians but took the time to explain everything to me in detail concerning the parts that I would need for my pilot. I could tell he was really busy, running around like a chicken with his head off and any other place would have rushed me out the door. The service department won me over by making me feel like a priority and not just a number. I will make this my new Honda home! Thanks for a warm welcome to the community More
