Well, that all changed when I walked in the door of Randy Kuehl Honda and meet a sales person named Trent Pearson. I could tell from the beginning there was something different about this dealership. It was obvious that Trent had our best interest in mind and was very fair with the trade in value of my vehicle. Not only did we get the Honda CRV that we wanted, but got to know a first quality sales person. Mike made the financial end of things very pleasant and was very personable. We we very impressed by the ethical treatment we received from the entire staff. More

I called them from the road and I was able to make an appt for a diagnostic check up for the next day. They diagnosed it on a Friday and I was able to return it to the dealership on Monday to have the work finished. They were able to shuttle me home both times after I dropped my car off. The work was completed in the time frame quoted to me and works well now. It also have has a 12 month warranty, which puts me at ease with the work. More
