In the space of a couple hours, we went from casual shoppers to seriously considering an offer to purchase the CR-V. Matt worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and went even further to find the color and features I wanted! When we picked up the car, he was so good at explaining its features and took time to point out the most important ones several times to make sure we understood. We weren't hurried and our questions were carefully answered. A very nice and welcoming experience to the dealership. We think we're going to be very happy with them, based not only on our sales experience but also the excellent reputation of the Service Department. And, I really, really like my CR-V!! More
