I did purchase the extended warranty policy when I bought the car but Randy Kuehl took care of me anyway. Great Experience on a Saturday Morning Discovered a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning, called Randy Kuehl Honda to see if they could take a look at it right away. When I got there, the Discovered a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning, called Randy Kuehl Honda to see if they could take a look at it right away. When I got there, they unfortunately determined that the tire could not be patched due to the location of the nail. They were able to find a couple of tires to put on the front of my vehicle from a tire vendor in town (of course I WOULD have a vehicle that came with a custom tire size that they did not have in stock), retrieved the tires, and installed them all before they closed at 2pm. Great service from Mason, Ray and Adolfo! Thank you for having me back on the road safely so quickly! More

Easy, responsive and accommodating I'm pretty sure I bought the least expensive car they had to sell, but they still treated me as if I were buying their most expensive.
