I had made up my mind I wanted a Civic. Went to our local dealer to test drive and see what kind of deal they would give me. No discount from what was posted on the car plus they tried slipping in some extra charges. They weren't going to mention these until I pointed them out. Bought a used SUV from a knowlegeable salesman I seen a used Chevy SUV at a Honda dealership, so I did plenty of research of my own online. While on the test drive Kyle was cracking jokes to the girlfriend and I, all the while informing us of the features/options of the SUV. While doing the financing, Mike Mills was a very respectful and happy guy to deal with as well. Breck would not return calls or get my financial institution the figures they needed to do my loan. I had to call his manager before he helped me. And then when my license plates and tag arrived, he never contacted me to let me know. I again had to initiate the contact just so I wouldn't get sited for not having a current registration. He made this the worst experience of my life. Love my Honda but I will Neve give my business to This dealership again. More
