The initial service representative, David McCuskey, was very abrupt & not friendly. Mason Teel was VERY helpful & informative. A very pleasant young man. Update was done very quickly. I do have issues with vibration when braked for a stop. Honda is aware of it but still doesn't have a fix. I have owned 2 Honda Accords & a Civic, which I loved & had no issues with. I'm a little disappointed with the CRV. I had to buy the Touring in order to get all the options that I wanted & still have issues. I needed to go with the bigger/higher vehicle because of knee issues otherwise I probably would still be driving a car. More

There was no haggling or back and forth sales tactics that other dealers practice and it really makes me confident that the employees at Randy Kuehl Honda honestly want you to be happy with your purchase and not just make a quick buck off of you. I did purchase the extended warranty polic I purchased a used car from Randy Kuehl Honda that turned out to have a major mechanical issue right away. I did purchase the extended warranty policy when I bought the car but Randy Kuehl took care of me anyway. I believe them when they say they did not intentionally put the car on the lot for sale with the mechanical issue. Thanks to all in Sales, Finance, and Service for taking care of me. More
