Great Trade Experience We started out our experience in looking for a van with knowing exactly what we wanted. Pretty good! Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the entire service. Our Honda Insight had a serious engine failure (thankfully under warranty) and it was fixed Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the entire service. The customer service was excellent and they made it a good point to call their customers back in a very timely manner. The reason I gave four stars though is because there was no loaner or rental service, so I had to pay for a rental car for the next week completely out of my pocket. I am not familiar with the industry standards, so this may be the norm, but I was pretty disappointed by it regardless. Besides that, everything else was great! More
