Completely Dishonest Family owned dealership with no honesty or integrity. I was working with Chanin for the past months to purchase the Type R. I had a deposit on one a Family owned dealership with no honesty or integrity. I was working with Chanin for the past months to purchase the Type R. I had a deposit on one at Zimmerman Honda, but wanted to stay local. I took off my deposit when the dealership agreed to take a deposit from me for the Type R. They received the Type R and now they put it up for auction all for a few extra bucks. I have all my communication in text messages I will share with anyone that would like to see how deceptive the dealership is. I will not take my 2 existing Honda's to them for service again or purchase any vehicles from them. I would question anything they tell you. More

Surprised they can stay in business with such poor service. Lack of timely follow up by service managers. Repeated trips for same issue. Multiple experiences with job not being fully completed.
