Great service experience. I took my 2015 CRV back to Randy Kuehl Honda so they could buff out some scratches on the side panel that were noted when we purchased the car. Even I took my 2015 CRV back to Randy Kuehl Honda so they could buff out some scratches on the side panel that were noted when we purchased the car. Even though I couldn't bring it in to have it done in the required 30 days, they were kind and did it anyway. They gave me a loaner car to run some errands while they had my car in the shop. Everyone I worked with was efficient and pleasant and kept me informed on what to expect. A great experience! More

He is the first salesman that ever went over everything with me and I'm no spring chicken. He answered all my questions and concerns including accessing the fluid reservoirs under the hood. FYI… They were all within easy reach for a person who is only 5’2” on a good day. I am not proficient with my smart phone. My daughter just updated my flip phone to a smart phone a couple of months ago, because she said I had to have one. Chanin setup my Bluetooth connection before I left the dealership so I would be able to use the phone’s map feature to find my way to my daughter’s place. She lives in town and well, I don’t. I would definitely go back to Randy Kuehl Honda. More

Drove it - liked it - wanted it - but while our trade-in was being appraised (this included an overnight trip home to get it) a different sales person sold "our" car to someone else.. Steve Lord, our salesman was super. He quietly let me vent my frustration and got the manager to work with us. I eventually agreed to let him show me a new 2017 Touring. We got together on the price.
