Great service, mediocre shuttle driver I had great service from the staff at Randy Kuehl, as always: friendly and fast. Good service; terrible waiting room The service crew always does a good job, are courteous and prompt I appreciate being able to get a ride home. However, the waiting room is ridiculous The service crew always does a good job, are courteous and prompt I appreciate being able to get a ride home. However, the waiting room is ridiculous. There are only a handful of seats; yesterday it was standing room only and there is almost no place to stand. The room is a fairly unpleasant place to have to hang around, especially since the limited seats available are within a few feet of the mensroom door. By comparison, the competing Toyota waiting room is luxurious with lots of space and conveniences to make the wait pleasant. More
