They warned me ahead of time it would be a longer process that would take most of the day. That being said, it was 4:35 before I got a call that my car was ready and I needed to be there before 5:00 to pick it up. I wasn't able to get to RKH by 5, so I didn't speak to anyone when I picked it up. Unfortunately, my dashboard was not fully put back in and some of the edges are sticking up. I'll have to take it back for them to fix, which I'm sure they will. I've had quite a few positive experiences at RKH so I'm confident it was just one slightly odd experience. More

Because I wanted the well proven 2.4 L engine Tim started look at used CRV's & found a 2016 CRV with low miles that looked like a new car. The sale went easy. I have a long history with Randy K Honda after having bought my first car from them, a used 1995 Odyssey in 98 (I still have it), later I bought a new Accord which I traded for a new 2007 Pilot, then a year ago I helped/advised a friend to find a newer Odyssey for his family which is when I met Tim Carson. My friend ended up buying a good Odyssey from Tim & the sale went easy too. I have a long history of good things with Randy K Honda & Tim Carson. More
