Car buying experience a preface: I hate car buying experiences in general as have had bad experiences the last 30 years. Given that, I was really glad to have gone here a preface: I hate car buying experiences in general as have had bad experiences the last 30 years. Given that, I was really glad to have gone here (the salesman Breck in particular) to make it a non stressful event for me this time, and also my previous purchase also a few years ago. Price was really good and no haggling needed nor desired on my end. I dont usually do surveys of any kind, but I would recommend this dealership for sure. More

hit and miss It started when they rold me my vehicle did not have daytime running lights. It does. They even suggested I had been manually turning on my headlight It started when they rold me my vehicle did not have daytime running lights. It does. They even suggested I had been manually turning on my headlights every day for years but didn't remember doing so. Then they told me my struts were leaking and needed replaced. Not true. Then my brake caliper locked up after a brake job and I had to pay to have it towed back for caliper replacement. I'd been told they'd fixed it during the brake job (by lubing it) Service mgr told me we could "work something out" to reimburse me for the tow bill but did not offer/pursue when it came time to settle the bill. I wrote it off becasue I was pretty fed up by then and wanted to part company. After rotor replacement I continued to experience a metal on metal rubbing sound while turning. They couldn't get me in to look at it for days. My new mechanic found rust on the backplate rubbing on the rotor and fixed it correctly the first time, at a very reasonable rate. And there was no up-front diagnostic fee either. I would only return to this dealership service center in the event of a recall. More
