Had to go back 3 times. They didn’t calibrate position of tire sensors after rotation. Had balanced and was not balanced good. Took back and they said they calibrated machin They didn’t calibrate position of tire sensors after rotation. Had balanced and was not balanced good. Took back and they said they calibrated machine and rebalanced. Same thing vibration. Tookto Discount Tires and they did road force balance and is good now. Mark did an excellent job keeping me informed and addressing concerns. I took it in to get recalls addressed and went ahead and had them take care of some maintenance . It was the craftsmanship I have problem with. Oil was changed and they didn’t reset life monitor. I reset myself. Not sure if work was done by Ford tech or was taken over to Quiklane for oil change and rotation. I have had issues with Quiklane before on my wife’s car. They said they rotated tires but didn’t because I marked them. More
