Our sales man Matt did a great job showing us the various Ford Edge models on the lot. He was very low pressure which allowed us to feel more comfortable. We were also impressed with the sales experience to negotiate a fair price on our purchase, and move quickly to complete all the necessary paperwork The process from start to finish took between 2-3 hours which was a very nice change from past experiences which involved a lot of back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager. We really appreciated smooth streamlined sales experience. More

This last service I had done, was great no problems, service personnel were all very friendly and cordial. prior experiences not so much. Just getting oil changed was a hassle. Even if I had made an appointment, was told by one service person appointment really didn’t mean anything I would probably have to wait 2 or 3 hours . The guy was rude and obviously really didn’t care. Made fill like once we sold you the vehicle, now we’re gonna treat you like crap. I was done with planet ford, I started to leave and thankfully services manager Samantha Frank stepped in and took care of me every time after that , she was great to work with. I would have given 5 stars for my last service, but given the totality of all my experiences I gave 4. More
