When you trust a dealership to do a simple oil change, you expect a professional job. I got home from getting my oil change and had oil leaking all in my driveway. I immediately called and let the service you expect a professional job. I got home from getting my oil change and had oil leaking all in my driveway. I immediately called and let the service department know about my issue at approximately 4pm. They said they were sending a tow truck to pickup my F-150 to correct the problem. Then the tow truck driver asked could he come tomorrow and explained the service department was now closed. I told him this was my only transportation and it needed to be picked up immediately. I’ll make this long story short. I had to call into work, taking disciplinary action and missing a days pay because of Randall Reed Ford. I got my truck back the next afternoon with a full tank of gas like that corrected everything. I’ll be honest I’m actually weary of ever bringing another vehicle there for service. If they knew they would be closing soon, a loaner vehicle would have made it ok with me but instead I wasn’t treated like they wanted my business in the future. And just so it’s clear this was the Humble location. More
