Marco helped us choose one that had the options I wanted and in our price range, a new 2018 F150 Supercrew Sport. After going back and forth a few times and me being adamant that I knew what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay, a deal was made. Overall, we were there for about 3.5 hours, including talking the F150 for a test drive and going through financing. I've been through much worse. We were disappointed when we were ready to leave with the new truck and my wife noticed a large chip in the windshield that wasn't there during the test drive. I went back in to let Marco know and he made sure paperwork was completed to have a new windshield installed. Lyndi in customer service setup a service appointment to replace the windshield the following week and Jason in service took care of everything with no further incidents. They even gave a 2019 F150 as a loaner for the day. We've had a few painful experiences at other dealerships in the past but our experience at Planet Ford was a positive one. Thank you for working with us and we love the new F150! More

Tiny Discount, unaffordable $588 mo payment with my insurance at $205 mo. It Hurts!!, because I paid too much for this F-150. Veterans are on a budget and this was a slap in the face.
