Salesmen are treated poorly, showroom is a disgrace, and when calling about my plates employee stated they are there. Upon arriving even though I exclaimed my first name was a T they didn’t have them gave m when calling about my plates employee stated they are there. Also detailer left fishing hooks and fishing weights in the interior and exterior of my newley purchased vehicle. The upper leadership at Randall Reeds needs to improve cause the salesman need to be taken care of so they can take care of the customer; however, the truck is enjoyed no thanks to the dealership. I feel firm about this rating because it’s clear the evils of a dealership are on full display no welcoming to the ford family or nothing. Do better Randall Reed, yet I doubt it will change. More

There was an issue with an incorrect credit card charge. I notified the sales staff that performed the charge and they said they would perform the credit. However, 3 months passed. I contacted Mr. Juan Ba I notified the sales staff that performed the charge and they said they would perform the credit. However, 3 months passed. I contacted Mr. Juan Barcenas in finance to discuss and took immediate action to fact find to determine the issue. It is important to note Mr. Juan Barcenas followed up with me a few days later with a phone call to provide status. Within days after that, Mr. Barcenas provided me the credit card credit receipt.
