The receptionists are always helpful, pleasant and efficient. The sales people are not pushy in any way and the service dept. has always been accommodating (Thank You, Steve C.). Why would I want to go anywhere else? In my travels, I have had the fortune of visiting and receiving service from other Volvo dealerships. Ramsey Volvo surpasses them all. They use two different computer lease programs in order to deceive you - one during the sales process and one when you pick up the car - the numbers get changed in between - I realized it too late. I communicated with four different people there and they were all in on the scheme. I think it's a built in sale strategy for them. Spare yourself the feeling of being used and the loss of your new car experience - please shop elsewhere. More
