They use two different computer lease programs in order to deceive you - one during the sales process and one when you pick up the car - the numbers get changed in between - I realized it too late. I communicated with four different people there and they were all in on the scheme. I think it's a built in sale strategy for them. Spare yourself the feeling of being used and the loss of your new car experience - please shop elsewhere. More

We were very concerned that this was going to be a major expense and problem. We were very happily surprised upon meeting Tami in the service department who explained that the problem may be related to the sunroof and completely repairable. She was extremely reassuring enable to facilitate a quick and complete repair at a very reasonable cost, keeping in mind our daughter's health due to concerns with mold. I would very much recommend Tami and the service team at this dealership for treating their clients fairly and educating them on repairs prior to when they are performed. First class dealership - Service Center is top notch Dealerships can be pretty similar but the team at Ramsey Volvo really takes care of their customers. I drive 40 miles out of my way to take my car to this particular dealership whenever I need a simple oil change or any other maintenance that may be required (with a Volvo, that is usually just the routine maintenance schedule).
