Excellent, attentive care I was very pleased and impressed with your team’s level of care and immediate support. My car had picked up a sizeable rock at some point, which rendered it unsafe to drive due to where it was lodged. I had called and explained my situation to Marcus, who offered to stay past normal business hours and set me up with a loaner SUV (I needed a car to drive to a work meeting very early the following morning). He and his Service Manager (I don’t remember SM’s name) worked very diligently to address the issues my car was having and they really saved the day. It’s also important to note that I had initially called Englewood Volvo, which is much closer to my home. Englewood informed me that while they understood that my situation was an emergency for me, they were unsure if they could provide a loaner (though they did have a few available) and would need to wait until 09:00 the following morning to speak with me further. Not very helpful. Working with your team at Ramsey was the polar opposite experience, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you SO much for helping me out - this is what professionalism looks like.
