They let me test out all of my car seats before test driving, and even let me test drive it over to my home where my wife was with our 19 month old who was napping (we live close by). Staff were very friendly and helpful My XC70 had a malfunctioning door lock sensor. I came to an appointment to have it repaired. The service department needs to order parts and keep my My XC70 had a malfunctioning door lock sensor. I came to an appointment to have it repaired. The service department needs to order parts and keep my car overnight. I didn't arrange loaner car when I made the appointment. But staff was able to find a loaner car for me.
