To whom it may concern. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The last time I received such horrible treatment was at a used car dealership where I walked away from without buying a car. I from start to finish. If it wasn’t to help our family member who was later robbed by Jeff Falk of his referral fee it would’ve been a pleasure to pay 50 dollars more at another Volvo store. From the beginning they couldn’t give us an appointment and stated that they kept getting booked. Well while there, I was the only person buying a car. We never even met a salesperson who was supposed to help us take off our lease, return plates, and set us up with our first service appointment. They never even showed us the service area. I heard his name was Craig maybe ? I don’t know. They never even offered any of the services that I know Volvo offers. I have 2 Volvos for the past 3 years and this experience has me now considering other brand for my next vehicle. This store needs to seriously consider giving Jeff Falk a long coaching seminar on how to sell such a brand as Volvo. This is not the place for him, he would excel much better at a used car store. Soent $2891.24 to have the car thoroughly checked and have the engine check light issues resolved. Afyer driving car home, the following morning car left me and my wife stranded. Would not start and had have the engine check light issues resolved. Afyer driving car home, the following morning car left me and my wife stranded. Would not start and had to be taken to Mazda Middletown Dealership to do a dianostic of what the problem is. I contacted Mr. Stephen Coronata at Ramsey Volvo, Mahwa NJ who was the service rep who recmmended the repairs and assured me the car was working perfectly after the repairs. The car is at the Mazda Dealer in Middletown awaiting an analysis of why it won't start. Not a hsppy Volvo customer. More

My only issue was that the service was supposed to come with a “light clean” and nothing was cleaned.. no vacuum.. no wipe down.. not very friendly.
