Soent $2891.24 to have the car thoroughly checked and have the engine check light issues resolved. Afyer driving car home, the following morning car left me and my wife stranded. Would not start and had have the engine check light issues resolved. Afyer driving car home, the following morning car left me and my wife stranded. Would not start and had to be taken to Mazda Middletown Dealership to do a dianostic of what the problem is. I contacted Mr. Stephen Coronata at Ramsey Volvo, Mahwa NJ who was the service rep who recmmended the repairs and assured me the car was working perfectly after the repairs. The car is at the Mazda Dealer in Middletown awaiting an analysis of why it won't start. Not a hsppy Volvo customer. More

The only advice I would give this dealership is to have water available to offer to you potential buyers. I understand the Covid thing and the need to have the water fountain unavailable. I ask if bottle water was available and was told no, I could use the vending machine if I wanted something to drink. Hospitality is a must in your line of business. The overhead cost for offering a buyer a beverage is not going to affect your bottom line. More
