The service department tries to sell you repairs that you don’t necessarily need, especially if they see a woman servicing her car. They replaced the tire after I questioned the CPO and the safety of the car. I made my comments known to the manager of Ramsey Volvo and his response was tepid at best. He said the next time I bring my car in it will be better. Really??!! Why would I subject myself to that again? More
