To whom it may concern. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The last time I received such horrible treatment was at a used car dealership where I walked away from without buying a car. I from start to finish. If it wasn’t to help our family member who was later robbed by Jeff Falk of his referral fee it would’ve been a pleasure to pay 50 dollars more at another Volvo store. From the beginning they couldn’t give us an appointment and stated that they kept getting booked. Well while there, I was the only person buying a car. We never even met a salesperson who was supposed to help us take off our lease, return plates, and set us up with our first service appointment. They never even showed us the service area. I heard his name was Craig maybe ? I don’t know. They never even offered any of the services that I know Volvo offers. I have 2 Volvos for the past 3 years and this experience has me now considering other brand for my next vehicle. This store needs to seriously consider giving Jeff Falk a long coaching seminar on how to sell such a brand as Volvo. This is not the place for him, he would excel much better at a used car store.
