I traveled from the Phila region to test drive a car at unnamed dealer down the street from Ramsey Volvo, which was a blessing in disguise. John was great, was able to cover my issue under the warranty and reserved a loaner car for me. Knowing that I would be picking up the car late, he arranged for the car to be left out front, and I was a warranty and reserved a loaner car for me.
