Ramsey Volvo

I got a brand new car with a broken window and am still driving with it broken. Monday 1/4 they are suppose to fix it. Also there seems to be an issue with the back doors unlocking. The car was not preppe driving with it broken. Monday 1/4 they are suppose to fix it. Also there seems to be an issue with the back doors unlocking. The car was not prepped and tested. Very surprising that in the middle of the pandemic service personnel is not wearing masks within the dealership or the service center.
