Terrible Service by JOHN at Service Desk. I brought the Terrible Service by JOHN at Service Desk. I brought the car on Wed night, 12/2 for next day service. John called me around 2:30p, Thurs, 12/3 to let Terrible Service by JOHN at Service Desk. I brought the car on Wed night, 12/2 for next day service. John called me around 2:30p, Thurs, 12/3 to let me know the car was ready. Since I was not able to pick soon enough because my husband was at work I gave him my credit card number over the phone to charge. He told me tha t the car will be at the front and the key and receipt will be placed on visor. When I got there around 4:30p I went around and around but didn’t see the car. Went into the building and saw JOHN asked where my car was. He was pointing a silver car outside. I said my car is Black not silver. Then he called one of the mechanicians to bring my car. It took for awhile to bring the car out. Apprently JOHN told the technician wrong number 830 to bring out to the front instead 380. That’s why Silver car was out wait for me not my black car. (I’m not sure what these numbers are but I heard the technician said to John “you told me to bring 830 then John said it’s 380. Miscommunication!!! Anyway, the technician brought my car. When I got in the car I saw the message light was on. It says “Failure Light Bulb” so went back to JOHN told him that light bulb’s out. I told him that it was not out when I brought the car in and asked how/why the light bulb is out now. JOHN said “Because your car is old” with a tone of irritation. I don’t know why he was irritated or frustrated. He is the one screwed and gave me bad attitude. I do NOT appreciate that. He is NOT a service oriented person at all. He told me when he called to let me know the car was ready he will leave the receipt on visor but NO Receipt at all so I want to ask you or dealer to send me the receipt in mail or email. My husband has Volve S60 and had some starter wire problem last summer. JOHN was the one took the car for service and had problem again right after my husband back from the service. So I have doubt that If he is communicating with technicians correctly. Having bad experiences with JOHN I Will NOT leave my car in his care. Sincerely, Miseok Vabre More
