Stan is a gentleman and a professional and extremely effective in getting his customers a great deal. Inside of 12 hours, Stan worked with his manager Frank to find the right vehicle for me and to price effective in getting his customers a great deal. This had me driving out as an extremely happy customer by the end of the same day we first spoke. Stan assisted me by picking me up at another dealership, and for the first time ever in a new car buying experience had all of the paperwork ready to be signed upon my arrival. While he would have taken as long as I wanted to go through the car and explain its systems, he was also able to get me out of the dealership in record time. This in and of itself made this a painless and extremely positive experience. I left on Friday, promising to return on Saturday with my decision. When I came in they had prepped both cars. The paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently and I drove away in my new C30 in an hour.
