Finally, John took his time in explaining everything I need to know about my new Volvo. He was enthusiastic about the car and how I could maximize my enjoyment of it. I recevied a call yesterday from the receptionist to tell me that my registration transfer was ready for pick up. She was extremely pleasant and happy to help with another issue: I was having trouble with the car radio. She immediately transferred me to service and the technician knew exactly what the problem was and how I could solve the problem. He gave me concise instructions and the radio is now fine without the need for a shop visit. I'm delighted with the c70 and it is the first time I have purchased a Volvo. If the car and service continue to be this good, a new one will definitely be on my short list in three years. More

Stan is a gentleman and a professional and extremely effective in getting his customers a great deal. Inside of 12 hours, Stan worked with his manager Frank to find the right vehicle for me and to price effective in getting his customers a great deal. Inside of 12 hours, Stan worked with his manager Frank to find the right vehicle for me and to price it more aggresively than any other Volvo dealer I spoken with previously. This had me driving out as an extremely happy customer by the end of the same day we first spoke. Stan assisted me by picking me up at another dealership, and for the first time ever in a new car buying experience had all of the paperwork ready to be signed upon my arrival. While he would have taken as long as I wanted to go through the car and explain its systems, he was also able to get me out of the dealership in record time. This in and of itself made this a painless and extremely positive experience. I can not say enough good things about Stan (who continues to field all of my new car owner questions as of this day), Frank and Ramsey Volvo (not to mention the great car!) More
