Gary Parker was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo S60 and S80 vehicles we test drove. He showed us every feature on the cars, how it worked and explained how its purpose was aligned about the Volvo S60 and S80 vehicles we test drove. We were never pressured or rushed during our decision making processes. From my research, I found Ramsey Volvo’s prices to be competitive and aligned with Edmund’s TMV estimates. Therefore, we felt comfortable purchasing our vehicle from Ramsey Volvo and felt we were getting a good value for our hard-earned dollars. Price negotiations were surprisingly comfortable. Paperwork and financing were easy and smooth; everything was explained to our satisfaction. The CPO option and extended warranty information were explained clearly so that we were able to make the best decision to fit our needs. The car was cleaned and presented well when we went to pick-up our vehicle; just a little wax was left in the creases/moldings- a better effort could've been made to clean up the residual wax; hence the "4" rating for "Quality of Work". Gary again spent time going over every feature so we felt comfortable with our purchase. I’m very satisfied with Ramsey Volvo and very happy we decided to make our first Volvo purchase here. More

He was very easy to deal with when we got down to the numbers and the Ramsey Volvo dealership definitely worked with us until we reached a figure that we were all happy with. I would recommend them to anyone I know. And thats beside the point that we love our new XC90 and are so happy that we decided on that over the other SUV's we looked at. More
