We were immediately greeted by John Bayati who was clearly seasoned in how to give us just enough space to browse without being overbearing in any way. After 5 or 10 min we sat down with John and discussed the needs of our growing family. We never thought that a nearly 45k Volvo S60 would ever be parked in our driveway, but we were able to lease our new S60 for a price we almost could not believe. I would like to thank John Bayati and Ron Lombardo for making a normally frustrating experience one of ease. I looked at a number of different manufacturers this time around just to test the market, but ultimately I went back to Volvo for three reasons: 1. John Bayati - John is the consummate professional. He knows his products inside and out and is much more of a consultant than anything else. He helps me understand the pros and cons of each option based on my needs, and hits the nail on the head every time. If you want to feel good about buying a car, buy from John. 2. Ramsey Volvo - Great dealership. Great reputation. Great customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Volvo. 3. Volvo - With all the updates Volvo has made to their styling over the past 4-5 years, not only do they have the safest cars on the road, but some of the best looking to. There is no better value in the automotive industry today than a Volvo (in my humble opinion). More

He was extremely knowledgeable of the Volvo products, features etc. and worked with his management to get me a very attractive deal. From the time I spoke to him that Friday morning until when I picked up the car that night, he was terrific. I have never made a major purchase that quickly and been completely satisfied with experience. My actual sales rep, John, executed the lease with me and handled the delivery of the vehicle. He took the time to program the features, explain the car and answer my questions. It was a painless process. I would recommend this dealership to my family members and friends. Great teamwork and a focus on customer service from Ramsey Volvo. More
dont waste your time I drove 4 1/2 hours to see a car that the sales person described over the phone as 'in excellent condition'. when I arrived I was in utter disgust at I drove 4 1/2 hours to see a car that the sales person described over the phone as 'in excellent condition'. when I arrived I was in utter disgust at the condition of the car. both bumpers were cracked. it had numerous scratches and dents over the entire body, the brake light was cracked and the nozzle for the windshield washer was completely broken off. For some reason I decided to test drive the vehicle anyway. There was an intermittent moderate wobble in the steering at high speed. the sales person attributed it to the road (rt17) saying they made the road this way to prevent speeding. however I didn't feel this wobble in the vehicle I drove to get to the dealership. confronted with all my concerns the sale person simply said, "You don't have it buy it". to which i replied, I'M NOT. he took the keys and walked away and lit up a cigarette. I didn't even bother to express my frustration in his gross misrepresentation of the vehicle and disregard for my time. bottom line if you must go to Ramsey Volvo i recommemd you not deal with John B. he obviously doesnt care about his customer, only making a sale. More

Great Experience After what seemed like a long day of car shopping we walked into Ramsey Volvo where we were greeted by John Bayati. At this point in the day we had already test driven three other cars and were not really even planning on stopping into Volvo. Right from the get go there was something about his approach that made us feel comfortable. Within ten minutes we were test driving a new S60. John took us around some back roads and gave us both the opportunity to drive without feeling rushed. On all three of our last stops the salesmen had to run off to get us a lease quote, not here. John patiently went over the pros and cons and was able to give us a lease quote without getting up from his desk. We almost leased the car that day but thought it wise to think it over for a night. John almost seemed to encourage the idea of thinking it through and assured us the car would be available if we came back on Monday. Overall we found this to be our absolute best car shopping experience. We ended up picking up the car that Wednesday. John Bayati was great and really made this our best and easiest car purchase ever. More
Horrible Services, Unprofessional, Embarrassing I purchased a newer preowned Volvo from this dealership and just had a horrible experience with them. I live an hour from the dealership and they told I purchased a newer preowned Volvo from this dealership and just had a horrible experience with them. I live an hour from the dealership and they told me when would be the best time for THEM to come get the car (really). The only thing I really wanted done was a full detail, especially with the cold winter, they said absolutely and when I picked it up it was just washed and waxed. I went down to speak to the detail guys and they told me the salesman never requested that, he said only wash and wax. They felt bad and quickly sprayed some cleaner all over and it left splat marks ALLLLL over my leather seats. It took hours to clean off and still comes out on the seats. I literally found cookies smashed in the trunk carpet, post it notes all under the front seats with garbage, little clumps of dirt around the radio and center console. So upset! I got home and spent 2 hours detailing it myself, I called to tell them my disappointment and the manager of sales had the nerve to TEXT me "we would be happy to clean your car again" (which I live an hour away). So I waited a few days and decided to call dealer manager and he had the nerve to not even call me back. I paid $150.00 in my buyer contract for a full detail. I am just upset with the way they responded, I would have been satisfied to just here someone on the phone apologize for the lack of making my car purchase an exciting day. People work hard to save up and buy a car that is special to them and they totally took that happy day away from me, I went home upset and feeling taken advantage of. There was also 2 small dents in the car and they gave me the hardest time about popping them out. This was not a cheap car and I cannot believe that they would let any customer leave there feeling unsatisfied, piss poor. They told me they changed the oil and fluids, a few days later my service light came on because I had no windshield wiper fluid. I visited many Volvo dealerships, Smythe Summit, Prestige Hanover, Bridgewater and ALL were so kind and respectful, this was just embarrassing service. My family is a Volvo family and this was our first purchase at this dealership and our last. To bad because my brother is currently buying one and will not go their just because they didn't call me back. Again, at first I was not asking for much but just for someone to call me back so I could share that I was a bit disappointed with the experience but after I was told they would call me back ASAP and I got a text, I felt insulted. ( I bought my car at this dealership because it was the only one that had the year, color and mileage I was looking for). More
Deception, Lies, No Loyalty for their Customers I returned my 24 month leased Volvo with only 16,000.00 miles in excellent condition. Volvo did not consider this in leveraging my new lease. They told me they would take care of my final lease payment and never it. My mistake was I should have had it in writing, I've had many other cars Honda, Toyota, Lexus etc. They waived my last payment on my lease they considered and waived for normal wear and tear charges as well. By the way I was a loyal Volvo customer since I owned a Volvo. That didn't matter! Don't buy their promotions, it's a scam. That's how they get you to put more money down. Ramsey Volvo is terrible! Do not go there! They will not work with you! No loyalty! I am very upset that I had to pay my final lease payment for my Volvo that was no lonfer in my poession. I would have paid that last month payment then leased the new car if he didn't tell me Volvo would take care of it! Get everything in WRITING! DON'T TRUST THEIR WORD! Then I get hit with a wear and tear charge fro the inspector. If you want a Volvo go to Paul's Volvo in Hawthorne! unfortuately they didn't have the car color I wanted so I ended up going to Ramsey! NEVER AGAIN. More
