My sister and I visited Ramsey Nissan after having a very bad experience at Route 46 Nissan. We were introduced to Alex Ostrow who was straight-forward, pleasant, patient and a pleasure to deal with. We explained what we were looking for, and Alex allowed us to walk through the lot, answered all our questions on the different cars we were interested in and let us pick the car we most liked. We then took an extended test drive, which was really fun and gave us an idea of how the car truly handles under different conditions and roads. This is something that definitely stood out to me, as most dealer-ships will generally allow test drives for short distances. When we sat down to discuss the car's price, we were able to agree on a very competitive price which my sister and I were very happy with. I also appreciated that Alex explained all the final costs to us up-front, and when we signed for the car, there were no hidden costs. The original price Alex quoted us was the price we paid for the car. When they offered us the extended warranty for the car and we denied it, they accepted our decision and did not pressure us into buying it, which was another pleasant surprise. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our car, which was very surprising, given our experience with previous dealer-ships. My only suggestion to Ramsey Nissan is to have more Finance Managers available, as we had a bit of a wait on the day we finalized our sale, but by no means is this a strike against them and the overall friendly, honest and professional service they provide. More

Chingis was good. He's a friendly and personable salesperson. Took me out for the test drive with the 2009 Altima. I knew my numbers from other dealerships and online ratings/pricing. Chingis and the sales manager were competitive with no pressuring. The car's feel and performance with the final price was the deciding factor to pull the trigger. Everything was complete in one day and I drove out with the car I test drove at the end of the day. I'd have no issues recommending Nissan Ramsey to anyone. More

During the wait to see the finance manager, my children were starving. Joseph, came out of the woodwork with 2 sandwiches for them to save the day!!!!
