It was July 4th, and it was the first time I was going car-shopping with my dad so I had no idea what to expect. We got to Ramsey Nissan about 5 minutes before closing, and Chingis Mindin came up to help car-shopping with my dad so I had no idea what to expect. He showed us all around the cars, talking to us and explaining to me the pros/cons of each car, which was very helpful since I had zero idea on what I was doing. After searching for a bit he took me and my dad on a Test Ride of the Nissan Altima, and he was very informative during the test ride. When we got back my dad started to fill out the paper-work while Chingis took the car around and gave me a 1 on 1 tutorial on how to use it properly, even helping me set-up my blue-tooth. After talking to Chingis I knew what every button and feature on my car and it was quite helpful. Overall Chingis made the car hunt a very informative and enjoyable experience and when my lease is up, I plan on going back to see Chingis. More

After the awful experience I had at Rockland Nissan, I had my guard up going to Ramsey, but was pleasantly surprised in the end. Very honest dealer and finance manager. The out of pocket costs were given to me up front (very low for me, regardless of what incentives they took advantage of) and they remained the same as I drove my new Altima Coupe off the lot. My dealer there was Erik Slotnick and though he doesn't have the usual flair of a car dealer, that was refreshing and trustworthy. He got down to the essentials quick, made me a great offer and got me through the process quick and painless. Great people all around. More
