This initial rating is based on a sales experience only; I am a new customer to Nissan and I made it clear to my salesman, Mike Swalha, that I was shopping for a commuter car. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about his product and while he was persuasive, he did not attempt to sell me something I did not want, which would have caused the dealership to immediately lose a shot at my business. The price I was given was excellent w/o haggling, and the process went smoothly. The facility is clean and the dealership appears to be well run. I am looking forward to a continuing relationship with Ramsey Nissan and will be happy to critique my ongoing experience with them. More

It was July 4th, and it was the first time I was going car-shopping with my dad so I had no idea what to expect. We got to Ramsey Nissan about 5 minutes before closing, and Chingis Mindin came up to help car-shopping with my dad so I had no idea what to expect. We got to Ramsey Nissan about 5 minutes before closing, and Chingis Mindin came up to help us. He showed us all around the cars, talking to us and explaining to me the pros/cons of each car, which was very helpful since I had zero idea on what I was doing. After searching for a bit he took me and my dad on a Test Ride of the Nissan Altima, and he was very informative during the test ride. When we got back my dad started to fill out the paper-work while Chingis took the car around and gave me a 1 on 1 tutorial on how to use it properly, even helping me set-up my blue-tooth. After talking to Chingis I knew what every button and feature on my car and it was quite helpful. Overall Chingis made the car hunt a very informative and enjoyable experience and when my lease is up, I plan on going back to see Chingis. More
