I must say that leasing my Rouge at Ramsey Nissan was a very pleasant exprience.My husband and I had been to various Nissan Dealers and by far this dealership was the best. Our salesmen RJ came over as I waswalking around the lot and asked if he could help me find what I was looking for.Other dealerships we had to go inside to find someone.Working with RJ was a pleasure I told him what I was looking for and he LISTENED.My daughter was very happy with her Altima Coupe and the very next day I came in a got my Rouge.Please note that the Finance Dept Mr. Tony Lee was amazing he explained everything on the contract and answered my questions even though It was nearly 10PM I didnt feel rushed. He is a gentlemen and loves what he does. The Mgr. Jose did everything right and helped us to get the cars we wanted. Over all everyone went above and beyond what was necessary. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about his product and while he was persuasive, he did not attempt to sell me something I did not want, which would have caused the dealership to immediately lose a shot at my business. The price I was given was excellent w/o haggling, and the process went smoothly. The facility is clean and the dealership appears to be well run. I am looking forward to a continuing relationship with Ramsey Nissan and will be happy to critique my ongoing experience with them. More
