I HAVE BOUGHT AN USED ACURA FROM THE DEALER AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE...the only thing i am upset about is the interest rate that they have provided to me considering.... they have advertised VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE...the only thing i am upset about is the interest rate that they have provided to me considering.... they have advertised at 2.9% interest rate on all the used vehicle but they have charged me lot more than that..... thats what i am upset about it More

My overall experience with Ramsey Nissan was excellent. I've never been to a dealership that is friendly and courteous. Andrew and Bane were extremely friendly and helpful in my purchase of a vehicle. I felt that they were honest and straight forward, which is not always the norm with dealers. I must say that leasing my Rouge at Ramsey Nissan was a very pleasant exprience.My husband and I had been to various Nissan Dealers and by far this dealership was the best. Our salesmen RJ came over as I waswalking around the lot and asked if he could help me find what I was looking for.Other dealerships we had to go inside to find someone.Working with RJ was a pleasure I told him what I was looking for and he LISTENED.My daughter was very happy with her Altima Coupe and the very next day I came in a got my Rouge.Please note that the Finance Dept Mr. Tony Lee was amazing he explained everything on the contract and answered my questions even though It was nearly 10PM I didnt feel rushed. He is a gentlemen and loves what he does. The Mgr. Jose did everything right and helped us to get the cars we wanted. Over all everyone went above and beyond what was necessary.
