From the moment we entered the Ramsey Nissan showroom we felt comfortable. We were allowed to peruse the showroom without being too quickly approached by a salesperson. When we were approached by Tambe, our salesperson he was curtious as he offered his assistance. He helped us as we looked at various Nissan models. We found him to be informative and patient. We decided to test drive two Nissa models. We were given a generous amount of time test driving each model which helped in our selection of the Altima. Negotiating price was fair. We bought the car for less than the Edmonds TMV price. Sales Manager Bane Gamboa was curtious and amicable. They brought a car from another dealership that met our specifications for interior trim detail and color. The overall experience was pleasant and stress free. Tambe has since followed up and has inquired as to our new driving experience. We are not anticipating problems with our new vehicle, but feel confident that should the need arise that Nissan Ramsey will address them with the same professionalism that we have appreciated up until this point. I went to Ramsey because having dealt with Andrew on the phone I found him to be friendly and reliable. He called when he said he would and was very helpful. Andrew did not disappoint me when I went to talk to him at the dealer and he worked really hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. He was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I can't say enough about the effort Andrew put in to get us a great new Nissan Rogue. We only have it a week but love it already. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Andrew at Ramsey Nissan. Working with the people at Ramsey Nissan put my mind at ease. Going from a big SUV (Ford Expedition) to and midsize car (Nissan Altima) is not an easy transition but thanks to Erik it wasn't painful! I have spent more than 3 weeks looking at various types of new cars and when I arrived at the nissan dealership and entered the lobby with the cool air conditioning on such a hot day it felt like I was in of new cars and when I arrived at the nissan dealership and entered the lobby with the cool air conditioning on such a hot day it felt like I was in heaven. It put me into an immediate good mood. Mr. Chingis Mindin was the first to arrive at the scene of my delight. I immediately liked his syle; tall, young, intelligent, good looking, and professional. He immediately suggested that I drive the Rogue and so we all did. Before long I liked everything about the car and how it handled. Mr. Mindin was very patient and feverishly to answer a million questions that I had over a 4 hour visit. When I decided to purchase the rogue, Mr. Mindin suggested that I buy the unit on the showroom floor, which was fully loaded with all the bells and whistles and so I did. When I drove the car home that evening, I felt like I was in 7th heaven. I appreciate all of the hard efforts it took on Mr. Mindin's part to deal with a tough guy like me for 4 grueling hours. He was a fine professional gentleman with an optimistic view of life and driving it in a nissan. More
For myself and my family involved in the purchase of my "New" Used Car, we were prepared for the worst going into these dealerships. You know, the whole back and forth, let's see what I can do, whats it gonna take to have you leave with this car tonight crap. We were so relieved when we met with Andrew Wadell. Andy had been working with me via phone over the course of a week, trying to place me in the best car possible for my budget. When a 2007 Flint Mica Scion tC came into the lot, he immediately called me and let me know about it. Although the car was AUTO, which wasn't my first choice I went in to the dealership anyway on a hunch and was blown away by the car regardless of the transmission. Andrew was honest, no 'bs', no nothing. He worked for my best interest, and I honestly couldn't have been happier with my experience. Furthermore, even after I purchased the car his follow up has been equally as impressive. He was able to supply me a bottle of touch up paint just "in case" (knock on wood) and even walked out in the middle of a rain storm to put my plates on when they came in. He's real and he's honest. Give this guy your business, you will not regret it! More
This is the 3rd car I have purchased or leased, and this was by far the best experience out of the 3. I usually feel very uncomfortable when dealing with car salesman, however Erik's demeanor and knowledge was by far the best experience out of the 3. Erik listened to my wants and needs, and he was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Erik was very knowledgeable with respect to the line of cars we looked at, and the rest of the staff made the leasing part easy as well. I would recommend Ramsey Nissan to my colleague's. David More
I had an existing lease with Nissan on a 2006 Murano that was coming to an end. I contacted every Nissan dealer within 20 miles and told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I was given several offers only to find out that the numbers conveniently ommited various costs. I had been in contact with Max over a period of a few days. The moment that the model that I was looking for came in, he contacted me to let me know. I told him the best offer that I had received. He called me back minutes later and was able to beat it. Once I arrived at the dealership, he stayed true to his word and I left with exactly what I wanted for what I was willing to pay. Thank you Max. More
Being a resident of Rockland County, NY, the first dealership that I went to was Rockland Nissan. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of both the dealership and especially the salesmen. Following this, I went to Ramsey Nissan and was immediately impressed. My salesman was Mike Swalha and he is by far the best salesman that has ever sold me a vehicle. He was very friendly, sincere, and willing to please. He gave me his undivided attention and immediate assistance. Never did I have to wait and never was he running behind. He did an excellent job selling the vehicle and working cooperatively to meet my requests. Overall, my experience with Ramsey Nissan was very good. It was, however, my experience working with Mike Swalha that made the experience excellent! After my lease is over, I will return to Ramsey Nissan for another vehicle but will only work with Mike Swalha! You are very lucky to have him as he is truly an asset to your dealership! More
