I walked into Ramsey Nissan after having a horrible experience at a Rockland County Nissan dealership and the manager, Bane, promised me he would deliver what I needed. He brought me to Alex and I have experience at a Rockland County Nissan dealership and the manager, Bane, promised me he would deliver what I needed. He brought me to Alex and I have to admit it was truly a wonderful experience. They met every need and 'deal' I had been promised at the Rockland County Nissan Dealership(but their general manager told me the salesman and sales manager should not have made such deals, imagine that!) At Ramsey Nissan, they listened, they promised, and more importantly, they delivered...right up to the end with Rich, the financial consultant. Thank you, all of you at Ramsey Nissan. This is my third new vehicle acquisition from the Ramsey Auto Group - 2003/Saab, 2006/Infiniti, 2009/Nissan. I have always been very pleased with the level of professionalism the sales team presents. In our most recent experience at Nissan, Alex was more than understanding that we felt the need to shop around before making the commitment - we had been communicating about a possible new car purchase/lease since about February 2009. He followed up with me regularly but never to the point where I felt pushed into making a decision...it was just enough to let me know I was still on his radar. We took delivery of our new 2009 Altima SL yesterday and from beginning to end, everyone treated us very well. I have recommended the Ramsey Auto Group to friends (who ended up purchasing their vehicles from Ramsey as well) and I will continue to do so. More

I just purchased a Maxima from Ramsey Nissan and my customer experience could not have been better. Joseph was a pleasure to deal with, no hard sell, very knowledgeable, the finance manager was also a customer experience could not have been better. I contacted the NJ department of consumer affairs regarding a lease with them. It is unethical at the very least and illegal at best. They took my first month payment and it was applied to a month regarding a lease with them. It is unethical at the very least and illegal at best. Dealing with the dealers at this establishment was a great experience. The sales people here are very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. I compared to what other people were getting at the forums on Edmunds and can definitely say I got one of the better deals for my Altima 2.5 SL. The sales person (Chingis) has also been great in keeping in contact with me after to check on my experience with my car. Overall this place was a 5/5! More

Purchased a new 2009 Altima with all the trimmings. Was able to negotiate an excellent deal (lower than dealer cost). Sales staff was professional and courteous. Brought best offer to this dealership which able to negotiate an excellent deal (lower than dealer cost). Sales staff was professional and courteous. Brought best offer to this dealership which they matched (even for a car that wasn't on their lot). What made the difference was the follow up by the salesperson (Tambe). Never seen such diligent follow up by a salesperson. What's important is to shop around to a couple of dealerships and you'll be able to cut a good deal. Don't forget about the doc fee and the window etching which will be added on the invoice after you have agreed on the price. You should ask for an "out the door" price including these fees which can be costly. Highly recommend this dealership's sales staff. More
