This is a difficult review to address. Ms. Lauren Carter did not purchase her Altima from RAMSEY NISSAN. She did purchase the vehicle from CUSTOMER CARE CENTER which refers guests to our service deparment as we are a Nissan Store. To our understanding, Ms. Carter intended to buy an Infiniti and was not able to obtain funds to do so. What she left out of her DEALERRATER.COM Review was the vehicle she did purchase; a Pre-Owned 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S with under 15,000 miles. The vehicle was in pristine cosmetic and mechanical condition as well as a spotless, clean CARFAX report. Ms. Carter entered our service department demanding new brake pads. We went so far as to measure her current brake pads which were no where close to being worn to the point of servicing. She would not let us test drive the car with her to understand why she felt she needed new brake pads. Lauren, you are still welcome to service or shop at Ramsey Nissan. I will go so far as to offer you a FREE FRONT BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT when they do come due even though you did not purchase your Altima from us. //Ramsey Nissan
