I saw an ad in the newspaper for a 2009 Maxima. I was at another dealership a month earlier, and the price was too high, so this time I decided to give Ramsy Nissan a try. I then sent an e-mail stating my i another dealership a month earlier, and the price was too high, so this time I decided to give Ramsy Nissan a try. I then sent an e-mail stating my interest in the Maxima. My request was returned promptly by telephone by the Internet Manager Andrew Waddell. I explained to him what I was looking for and wanted some information about the lease price. Mr. Wadell took the time to answer my questions and was going to get back to me with a price. Even while speaking to him at this time, there was no pressure for me to come to the dealership in person. When Mr. Waddell called me back with the lease price,it was right in the price range of what I wanted to spend ( and that was without giving him, as most Salesman ask, "What monthly payment can you afford?" Again, there was no pressure for me to come to the dealership, but I stated I would be in the next day. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, my wife and I were met by Andrew. He then had another salesman( Chingis Mindin ) assist us. I still was leary of the lease price, expecting it too balloon once at the dealership. In speaking to Chingis he went over the numbers that Andrew had given me, and they were identical! There was no trying to switch the car, or a higher payment, etc. Again even with Chingis, there was no pressure to lease the car. After discussion, we decided to lease the Maxima from Ramsey Nissan. I also want to state besides Andrew and Chingis being very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, all the people we dealt with (Business Manager and Finance Manager) were very respectful and non-pressuring. This was the most easiest new car transaction I have ever had. I would defintely reccommend Ramsey Nissan to anyone interested in a Nissan. More
We went to Ramsey Nissan after looking at multiple dealerships for a Nissan Pathfinder. We test drove a few different ones and were not pressured into buying. I took 4 different cars on test drives be dealerships for a Nissan Pathfinder. We test drove a few different ones and were not pressured into buying. I took 4 different cars on test drives before I found the one that we bought. We ran into some problems once it came to monthly payment but we gave some and so did they rather than say "oh well". We would go back and give them bussiness again. More
Robert was my sales person and the reason I chose to buy a Nissan. He is professional, friendly salesman and I felt he was there to help me find the best car in my price range. My experience at Ramsey Nissan was great! The customer service at the front desk impressed me. Andrew Waddell was the first person I dealt with & he was extremely helpful. Erik was very friendly, courteous & I did not feel "pressured" to purchase a car. I purchaed a used 2006 Altima & had a problem with the car after a couple of weeks. I phoned Andrew Waddell who spoke to the service dept. & they handled the repair without a problem & quickly. Andrew also followed up with courtesy calls to see if I was satisfied with the service & repair. My experience with the service department could not be better. I dealt with Alan Galinko who was extremely helpful & very informative about how the repair was done. He gave me answers to my questions about some features on the car that I did not know about. My overall experience with this dealership was excellent. I have been buying cars for many years now, and this experience has been one of the best. Previous to my purchase, I did a lot of price comparison beforehand. The price of the car was comparable, but i felt it could have been less, since I did find two problems with the car. One which neither I nor the salesman noticed until after the purchase was completed. More
I have purchaed and leased many vehicles in my life and I can honestly say this was the most professional, courteous and dare I say it, pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new car. Most importantly, my salesmaan, Sammy was excellent, forthright and followed through on all of his statements. A month or so prior to the day I purchased the car, I met Sammy and despite the fact that I made clear I was not in the market that day, week or even month, he did not "dispatch" me as not a potential immediate lead for a sale. Instead, he was informative, courteous, and spent a signifiant time with me. Unfortunately, that is the exception not the rule, and thus when I was ready to purchase I went back to Sammy and bought my vehicle because of the trust and loyalty he had created a month earlier when he had no idea I was in fact serious about purchasing a vehicle. Overall, this was a great experience and I would very strongly recommend this dealership. From my salesmaen, to the finance manager, to the sales manager, etc, everyone was pleasant and made what can often be a stressful, unpleasant experience,relaxed, comfortable and stress free. For once I was able to drive my new car away satisfied, stress free and happy. I would certainly recommend Ramsey Nissan and my salesman, Sammy. More
The day I walked into Ramsey Nissan I had no intention of purchasing a car. I merely went in to gain more information about prices and models. I promised myself that I would continue to do my research and shop around. Although, by the end of my visit, I had a set of keys in my hand and was driving off with a new Nissan Altima. Robert Morath was the salesman who sold me my car. He was exceptional!!! He was so personable and honest. He provided me with all the answers I needed and thoroughly laid out all of my options. I came that day with a competitor's price and they were able to not only beat it, but provide me with a more equipped car for that lower price. After I was sold on my new Altima, I had to complete my paperwork with Tony, who also was a great help and made the nuisance of paperwork go by quickly. A day after I bought my car Robert called to check in to see if I was enjoying it. I have leased two cars in my past and never did I have such a pleasant experience with them. About a week into having my car I was having issues with my Bluetooth. I came to see Robert, who literally sat with me for over two hours trying to help me solve the problem. I have raved to my friends and family on how enjoyable my purchase was. Definitely a dealership and saleman I want to stick with!!!! More
My daughter, who was interested in purchasing a new car, contacted Ramsey Nissan. She was looking for a Rouge in a specific color. Andy Woddell was occupied at the time and referred us to Andrew Nudge. Andew was great in showing us the car. I returned with my daughter the next day to purchase the car. There were NO "high pressure" tactics or “back and forth to the manager” games involved. Andrew was very helpful and went over every detail of the car with us and even assisted my daughter with connecting her Blue-Tooth phone apparatus I have purchased a few cars, this was by far the most pleasant experience I ever had in making a car purchase. I am so happy to find a dealership that i feel i can trust. With my lease ending on my old Nissan Frontier in November, I had started shopping around in August. First to find a dealer i liked and then the car i wanted.I searched a majority of the Nissan dealerships in northern NJ and none of them compare to the treatment i received from Ramsey Nissan. My original lease was from Meadowlands Nissan, my reason for not returning there was my stomach turned everytime i had to bring my truck in for service. Probably the WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my life. But thats another story. Back to Ramsey Nissan...My salesman Andrew Waddell is the man. He made my wife and i feel as if we were in his own home from day one. He wanted me to have the car that I wanted..not the one he wanted to sell. He answered all my questions quickly & honestly in person, through phone calls, and emails. He was even so nice to give me quotes thru email knowing that it was tough for me to get in to the dealership while my wife was 8 months pregnant. The dealership is open to 9 pm which is also very convenient, especially with a newborn! I met Andrew on a Wednesday night @ 8pm. He came back with a deal to beat all other Nissan dealerships on a 2009 Pathfinder SE, only for me to change my mind one last time and choose the 2009 Rogue. Andrew had no problem staying late and getting the deal done! He drew up all the paperwork that night and i picked my car the following day @ the time i was promised. Everything was included in the price of my new car so there were no surprises in the finance office the day i picked up my car! I was in and out in no time at all. Thanks to everyone at Ramsey Nissan for making a usually unpleasant experience extremely pleasant! Best of luck to all of you in the future. - Todd Rossig More
Joe was great to work with. I had a problem with the CD player on my Pathfinder and Joe set up a repair with the service department and it all went very well.
