Sam Sierra of Nissan Ramsey was a great help in our search for a new car. He was extremely well-informed on the specs of the vehicles we were interested in and was able to get us a great deal. On our first vist at Ramsey Nissan, Joe showed us the vehicles that we were looking to purchase. At the time, the vehicle that we were looking for, wasn't on the lot. He promised to call us if any Murano vehicles that we were looking to purchase. At the time, the vehicle that we were looking for, wasn't on the lot. He promised to call us if any Murano comes into the lot that fits our criteria. Subsequently, Joe came through on his promise. I was very satisfied and suprise that he took time to personally call us to see if we were still interested. Very good quality indeed. In search of a used car online I was able to locate a good price on a used Xterra in which I had been searching for. I found a few in the area, but after visiting Ramsey Nissan in Ramsey NJ I was pleasan good price on a used Xterra in which I had been searching for. I found a few in the area, but after visiting Ramsey Nissan in Ramsey NJ I was pleasantly surprised to have found such a great deal! I was impressed from the door. As soon as I reached there I was greeted by Tom Kough. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed out a few cars which would suit my needs. After a FEW test rides and much patience from Tom, I was able to zero in on one that i really Liked. Within moments we were able to work out a price and negotiate a fair deal on my trade. I was very happy when I left there and very satisfied with my new/used Xterra! Thank you Tom, George, and the whole friendly staff up at Ramsey! More

When I first enter a dealership I happen to very skeptical. Afraid to be taken for a ride( no pun intended). I prefer the no pressure sale and to my surprise that is exactly what I got. Ramsey Nissan located in Upper Saddle River New Jersey, made my wife and I feel at home. I originally left a message to inquire about a 2008 Ford Shelby Mustang GT. Mr. Andrew Waddle called me back the ver made my wife and I feel at home. I originally left a message to inquire about a 2008 Ford Shelby Mustang GT. Mr. Andrew Waddle called me back the very next day. Mr. Waddle was extremely polite and professional. I live in Staten Island New York, so it was very hard to convince my wife to take such a long trip. But as soon as stepped foot at the dealership, the whole staff made us feel that the trip was well worth the trip. When I met with Robert Morath, he was very fair and worked very hard to find the price that fit my budget. Both Mr. Waddle and Mr. Morath gave me a great deal not only on my trade-in value, but also on my purchase on a world class car. The staff at Ramsey Nissan went beyond my expectations and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

I went into the dealership with the truck I wanted in mind. Robert assisted me to find the right one for me. He found a truck which fit into my budget and would be something I would be happy driving. He was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my vehicle of choice. Robert also came into the dealership four hours before his scheduled shift because that was the only time I could come in and pick up my vehicle. He was truly professional throughout the whole process even when price negations got a bit hectic from my demanding assistant in the purchase. Whom was my mother! My wife and I initially went to another Nissan dealer closer to us in Morris County to lease a Maxima. The sales person although friendly, was hard to understand. When it came to talking price, the sales manager, who was very personable, could not meet our needs. Since our son recommended Ramsey Nissan, we drove the 30+ miles to the dealership. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Max Carela, a sales and leasing consultant. As we began Max displayed a warm personality, courtesy and patience and great knowledge of the Maxima. During the discussion, Eric Slotnik, a sales manager, joined us. Eric was also personable and positive and wanted to be sure we were pleased with the direction of the sales process. As we began to talk price, Max and Eric gave us reassurance we had come to the right place. They worked out an accepable price for us and we were all smiles! Most of all, we felt appreciated as customers. On the day we took delivery of the car, Max took us into see Tony Lee, the Finance Manager. Once again, we saw a person that made us feel appreciated. Tony made sure we understood all the paperwork and warranty options. Having bought or leased 15+ cars from various dealers over the years, we can honestly say that Max, Eric and Tony have proven to be the BEST dealership team we have ever delt with. More

Our daughter totaled her car the week before and we really needed to purchase another one quickly. Jeff couldn't have been more accommodating. He worked with us, within our price range, to find somet really needed to purchase another one quickly. Jeff couldn't have been more accommodating. It had been a trying experience, and out of all of the dealers we went to (and there were many), Jeff was the most persistent, but in a really nice way. We really wanted to find something just right for our daughter and he kept working with us until we did. It was interesting to me because we really wanted to buy a car and other dealers just let us walk away. Tony also was very nice to work with. His jokes added levity to a trying situation. We also really appreciated being able to leave with the car the very same night! Ramsey Nissan will be the first place we look when we need another car! More

I recently leased a Rogue and was very impressed with the service I received from Andrew and Chuck. My boyfriend and I arrived late to the dealership but everyone was so pleasant and patient. Andrew was friendly, honest and made the process seem so swift. He provided the information we asked for in the most professional and promt manner I've experienced so far. Chuck was very helpful and informative too. Even though we arrived late and kept the guys there an hour past closing, they moved quickly and I was able to leave the lot with the car that night...I was very happy.
