The two that were especially nice to me was my sales consultant Nick and his manager Erik. I visited the dealership three times before purchasing my Altima. Every single time both Nick and Erik answered all my questions, provided a test drive with no hassel, never was pushy to try to make a deal, and was willing to work out a price that met my budget. At the end, the customer delivery process was perfect, and I was totally excited with the new car. The Finance Manager was also great. He was not pushy either. He explained every additional options I could get (ie. extended warranty, etc) and made everything that I signed clear to me. I felt comfortable and for the first time, I felt like I can trust the dealer. I work for a luxury automotive manufacturer and I wish sometimes our dealers are as courteous as what I experienced with Nick and Erik. Thank you guys for making my experience great. More

Love the referral program, and you can bet I will tell everyone to go see Carl and the great people at Ramsey Nissan. Looking forward to driving passed that "other dealership" on my way to work, honking the horn and yelling, "I told you so!" Thanks again. More
My initial contact with Ramsey Nissan was online and I sent an inquiry online and received a communication from Andrew Waddell. I told him what I was looking for and we scheduled a visit for me test drive a Nissan Xterra SE. Andrew was exceptionally pleasant and friendly and was obviously a very straight shooter. I had visited another Nissan dealership much closer to my home but was very disappointed with that dealership. Often when visiting a car dealership a customer feels like a Christian going to the lions. At Nissan of Ramsey i felt like a Christian dealing with Christians who practiced the Golden Rule. Andrew explained that he was the Internet Sales Manager and that he would have me continue with Jim Deghetto. Jim was equally as friendly and very accommodating. They had the Off Road model available but I explained that is a vehicle with a heavier suspension and would not have the same ride as the SE model. Jim showed me an Xterra S that has the same suspension. It was a lot of work for them since that vehicle was in the middle of the showroom floor and they had to move other vehicles to get it outside. Jim and I took it for a good test ride and he was very professional but friendly and he explained a lot of things about the vehicle to me as i drove. We then return to the showroom and negotiated a trade for my Ford F150 and a deal was struck for a very fair price. I was leaving on vacation so Jim kept in touch via email and let me know when the car was found and delivered to the dealership. We spoke multiple times and it was always a nice pleasant conversation. He called me yesterday to tell me that he would be traveling to pick up a vehicle and that he would put me in good hands to finish the deal. Max C. (sorry, don't remember his last name) was an excellent fill-in for Jim and he carefully explained all details of the vehicle and programmed my cell phone for the Blue Tooth technology. He was also very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him. Then the final person was the finance manager and he also was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased that he presented options that are available but was not pushy. It was one of the best car purchase experiences I have ever had and i will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to all who were involved in this transaction. Peter Blake More

I sat with Julio just to run my numbers and then pointed at a car. He made me take a test drive in the model I wanted while he removed my new car from the showroom floor. Jim Deghetto answered all my questions, and invited me back if I had any others. This is my first brand new car, and my first Nissan. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Being a female I was worried about being taken advantage of... so not the case! I love my new Altima Coupe, and the 'nice car!' comments never get old. More
I am from King of Prussia and I was looking for a Nissan Murano with some bells and whistles. In a 100-mile radius the best prices were Ramsey Nissan and a dealership in Brooklyn. Since Ramsey was closer, Murano with some bells and whistles. In a 100-mile radius the best prices were Ramsey Nissan and a dealership in Brooklyn. Since Ramsey was closer, I figured that I would go there. The drive was 2.5 hours away so I made sure I did everything I could to have a very easy experience (no bull). I called the dealership and talked to Sammy, who was great on the phone and getting my information. Sammy asked me my mileage, VIN number, year, make, model and features of the car. He then later called me back and said I was approved for a loan, my car checked out, and asked me what time I could be there. All I had to do was show up and test drive the car because that car I saw on the Internet was on the lot... Well...I drove up 2.5 hours and met Sammy. Good attitude in the beginning and I was pleased to see he wanted to help me. We test-drove a car that was the same color but not the same specs as stated on the Internet. So after the test drive I asked him where the Bose system was and the other bells that came with the car. He stated that this car does not have it but it is the same car from the Internet. I disagreed and had him go onto Ramsey's website at which I pointed out to him the features that the website claimed to have. Http://ramseynissan.com/vehicle/details/JN8AZ08W97W626175 was the website that I went on and viewed the car. I also took the photo of the actual web page to ensure the car was the same I was going to see. The car on the website said it had heated seats, leather interior, sunroof, and a Bose stereo system. He pulled the dumb card and said that it was a typo from the guy who posts the cars on the web. At that point in the conversation I saw two things. First, Sammy had deceived me by saying the car was on the lot and he had verified over the phone the car had the specs I wanted. The second was after all I gave to him to make this deal honest and easy, that he still wants to screw me over. I have been shopping for awhile and sat with multiple dealers who have had the car disappear on their lot before I got there, had it go to the shop from when I called to the time I arrived, or the manager was driving it and he or she was not in at the time. So please, at least have car salesmen wear a shirt that says, "I cannot give you an honest deal." This way, when we meet you for the first time, we know what to expect and won't be offended when you cannot accommodate us within the first two hours of our dealership visit. So after I exclaimed my disliking for the deception he stated we have the car you want with the bells and whistles but its $2000 more than you saw on the Internet. Of course I said I came here for that car at that price with those features. After waiting for the "meeting", he said let my mechanic take a look at your car to get the value. Blue Book Value and Edmund's was $8400 to $9300 for my trade in at a good condition. I expected around there especially since I had around $7000 lefton it. I was looking for $8000. Fair price, I had a dent in my trunk and hole in my exhaust pipe. Sammy came back saying the car was worth $5600 because I didn't have a catalytic converter and the supercharger was whining at idle. I explained the whining supercharger because I installed a K&N air intake. I had to show the manager where the catalytic converter was on my car. The mechanic could not find it. That’s what was bringing the price down for the trade in. I stated that I cannot pass inspection without a catalytic converter and my exhaust was custom-made 4 years ago. So how am I passing inspection then? Having the mechanic not being able to find my converter should have sent me running, but I continued. After finding the converter and realizing that the supercharger was “okay” we struck a deal that made me happy. $8000 for trade in, $2000 less for the car with the bells and whistles, and a good monthly payment. This doesn't show them working with me, it shows what people can accomplish when they speak up and realize that the dealer wants your business. The consumer has the upper hand and they can get what they want with a little time and a continuing headache. This dealership is like everyone else and who the hell knows when dealerships will change. But do some research and go into your bargaining with so much information that you control the meeting, and you will get what you want. YOU DISAPPOINT ME RAMSEY NISSAN, AND SAMMY ESPECIALLY DISAPPOINTMENTS ME AS WELL. More

Ramsey Nissan impressed us from the moment we walked in the door. We had been slowly searching for a newer used car and had several bad experiences at other dealerships. Even though it was late in the the door. We had been slowly searching for a newer used car and had several bad experiences at other dealerships. Even though it was late in the evening...only an hour from closing, Jim Deghetto, our salesman took the time to show us different car models and never rushed us. Car dealerships can be a scary place but fortunately, Jim made it a pleasant experience. Hopefully our Honda will last for a long time but I would definitely go back to Jim and Ramsey to purchase another vehicle. Ramsey's low prices got us to the dealership but it's customer service sealed the deal. We actually up ended up walking away with a nicer car than we had anticipated. More

I had researched many high MPG cars. Consumer Report rated Altima a 93. Began search with Ramsey Nissan with Andy in Internet Sales. Arranged time to stop by. He introduced us to Eddie. No pressure rated Altima a 93. Began search with Ramsey Nissan with Andy in Internet Sales. Arranged time to stop by. He introduced us to Eddie. No pressure just great info let the car do the selling it was good. He helped us complete all paperwork on our first visit. We drove our new Nissan Altima home 3 hours after we walked into the dealership. This included our trading in our 2002 Camry (Nissan Ramsey gave us nearly $1000 more than Toyota offered us five months earlier when we were looking at Prius -- and this was on a car they had serviced 100% of the time for 8 years - go figure.) Needless to say we were more than impressed with Ramsey Nissan! More
