As far as my sales and negotiation experience, it was as follows. Carl Lewis my salesman was honest, personable and a pleasure to work with. The only negative I had about Ramsey Nissan came with Eric the floor manager who killed the deal when he tried to jack up the price $300 plus out of nowhere. His style was contrary to the rest of the pros I dealt with. A couple of days later Carl called me in and I met George, another manager. His honesty, friendliness and deportment convinced me to go up some in price and Ramsey to come down some. A reasonable outcome, of which I was very satisfied. For a great sales experience, deal with Carl, then George. (stay away from Eric). The story doesn't end here however. When I took the truck home and checked it over, I found the cab of the truck was misaligned from the bed. A factory defect. Now what? I figured I was in for a fight with Ramsey Nissan. Instead, George the manager and Mike the service manager saw the defect immediately and calmed all my fears that a fight would ensue. Mike took over and said he would do everything in his power to fix it. He sent it to a Nissan certified body shop to realign the defect. A few days later, Mike called me to say the truck was ready, however, it was not totally aligned, but told me to check it out. The truck was much better but still, somewhat off. I wasn't satisfied and wanted a new truck. Consequently, Mike called Nissan headquarters and they sent a representative to check out my truck. The rep refused to give me a new truck and I went through the roof, of which I since apologized, and left the dealership. A few days later Mike called me and stated that Nissan national headquarters still refused to give me a new truck. But... Nissan Ramsey's boss, Drew, would. What absolute class. This local dealership took it upon itself to fight the mother company on its own, by taking back the defective truck, and giving me a new one. Throughout this whole ordeal Mike Convertino showed genuine concern for me and put up with my occasional belligerance. Moreover, I would like to also comment on Dy Johnson,(service advisor) who extended the same genuine concern Mike did. Further, as far as a representative of Ramsey Nissan, she is one class act: her thoroughness, thoughtfulness and professionalism was "top shelf". I'd also like to thank the business manager Richard for explaining and handling all the paperwork in his good natured way. Ramsey Nissan---Clearly, the best dealership I have ever dealt with! More

Nick was very professional & knowledgable & stressed all the safety features. I previously visited 5 dealerships & 2 addt'l Nissan Dealers & did not get this kind of information. My husband and I decided to look at some Nissan Sentras just to see if we liked any of them. Originally, we were going to get a Honda Civic. On the lot, Carl Louis came up to us and started showing us so just to see if we liked any of them. Originally, we were going to get a Honda Civic. Well, to make a long story short, we rode out of there with a new Sentra. The price was within our range, with 0% financing and some extras was a GPS, XM Radio and leather seats. Dealership is very busy on a Saturday but there is a reason why. Great staff that is helpful and a wide variety of new/used inventory (color, model, etc).
