After reading online the overwhelmingly negative reviews of Nissan dealers in my area (central NJ), my wife and I decided to make the ninety minute drive north to pay Ramsey Nissan a visit. We were treated with respect, honesty, and dignity by Sam Sierra and the rest of the staff at Ramsey Nissan. Sam was very patient, friendly, and helpful. At no time did he or any of Ramsey Nissan's employees engage in any of the sleazy, well-known tactics that other car dealers use to pressure or trick customers into purchasing cars. Not only that, but we got a great deal and they really helped us with our financing options. I hope that this approach leads to many more well-deserved sales for him and Ramsey Nissan. So far the new car we purchased (Nissan Rogue) is running very well and there are no signs of trouble, but if we need to contact Ramsey Nissan again regarding this vehicle, I trust that we will still receive the same excellent service. Max and Sam were great. Although it took a week or so, they found the exact car my wife wanted. Max even refused to sell one to me because there was a problem with the paint.
