Made a decision to purchase a new Nissan Altima and had been shopping arround due to various advertised promotions. While shopping around, we did not have a great experience at some dealers... Then I received an e-mail from Andrew Waddell of Ramsey Nissan. He was informative, friendly and gave detailed information, competitive pricing on line which brought us to Ramsey where we met Eddie Cordero with whom we closed the deal. I must admit that if it wasn't for Mr Waddell's professional and friendly approach on-line we would not have purchased the car last week. Upon arrival at Ramsey Nissan, at 9am on a very cold and rainy Sept 30, we were met by a friendly and professional staff. After 30 minutes we walked out happy that we bought the car we wanted. In the evening we arrived, check in hand, to pick up our new car. After signing the paperwork with Fred Styka, finance manager, who clearly outlined the necessary info we were taken to the service area and introduced to the Service Advisor Jeniffer Van Fleet. We received info regarding the service area and already received our appointment for the first oil change. A truely nice and professional experience! More

I initially contacted the internet sales department for a quote. The standard form email reply that was sent back to me addressed me as "Brian". My name isn't Brian. While I realize that maybe it was late and mistakes happen, that really didn't inspire confidence in me nor did it bode well for me. I did go into the dealership to discuss buying a car but the salesman was extremely condescending. The price offered was good, and I would have seriously considered buying there if not for his attitude. I won't go into any more detail here seeing how this particular dealership spends more time writing obnoxious responses to negative reviews when they should spend more time on cultivating good customer relationships. Please note that you are the only Nissan dealership in the area that responds by using a person's full name and by mocking their situation (see the nasty response to broker0078's review as an example); these responses say more about your dealership than any negative review posted on here. Sam went over and above to try to make us his customer. He knows his vehicles and helped us decide on a model. He compared two companies to finance through and saved us money. I test drove the car twice before making the final decision. Overall, our experience was a very positive one! More

After reading online the overwhelmingly negative reviews of Nissan dealers in my area (central NJ), my wife and I decided to make the ninety minute drive north to pay Ramsey Nissan a visit. It turned out to of Nissan dealers in my area (central NJ), my wife and I decided to make the ninety minute drive north to pay Ramsey Nissan a visit. It turned out to be a wise choice. We were treated with respect, honesty, and dignity by Sam Sierra and the rest of the staff at Ramsey Nissan. Sam was very patient, friendly, and helpful. At no time did he or any of Ramsey Nissan's employees engage in any of the sleazy, well-known tactics that other car dealers use to pressure or trick customers into purchasing cars. Not only that, but we got a great deal and they really helped us with our financing options. I hope that this approach leads to many more well-deserved sales for him and Ramsey Nissan. So far the new car we purchased (Nissan Rogue) is running very well and there are no signs of trouble, but if we need to contact Ramsey Nissan again regarding this vehicle, I trust that we will still receive the same excellent service. More

Max and Sam were great. Although it took a week or so, they found the exact car my wife wanted. Max even refused to sell one to me because there was a problem with the paint.
