Our first meeting was with Jeff Stone. My two daughters were very impressed with Jeff's friendliness and his patience in answering all of their questions. He showed the girls five different cars. Jeff was not a high pressure sales person which made the girls feel very comfortable. A few days later I came back with my daughter who was interested in the Altima. Jeff was not working the day we came in on our second visit. Murph helped us and reviewed with us the features of the cars we had wanted to see.He spent much time trying to find the perfect car. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to decide on the car of our choice but told him we wanted to come back the next day with our definite answer. When we returned Murph had the car waiting for us. Jeff took us to the car and we went for a test drive. He pointed out the special features and took time to explain every detail. We came back to the showroom and worked out a final price with Murph who made the experience a no-brainer. We then proceeded to Jeff's desk where he completed the necessary paperwork. All four of us chatted a while until we met with Fred who explained the warranty paperwork. Everyone we met at Ramsey Nissan was friendly, competent and low pressure. It was abrutal two weeks leading up to my great experience last night at Ramsey Nissan! I had been to other dealers and even experienced the old bait and switch one night earlier but when I emailed experience last night at Ramsey Nissan! I had been to other dealers and even experienced the old bait and switch one night earlier but when I emailed my interest off an ad online to this dealer I got a quick response. A call the next morning confirmed the deal was real and that they had cars in stock and then an ethusisatic young salesman made sure that he was going to go the extra mile to get me (my daughter) the car we wanted even if it was not in the lot. When it came to numbers the GM joined in and made sure that the deal was to my liking while the finance manager was easy going and answered all of my questions. Sure, I could have bought the car at any dealership, even the one two minutes from my house but everything being equal I truly appreciated the care and attention and would only expect the same when it comes to service. Made a decision to purchase a new Nissan Altima and had been shopping arround due to various advertised promotions. While shopping around, we did not have a great experience at some dealers... Then I received an e-mail from Andrew Waddell of Ramsey Nissan. He was informative, friendly and gave detailed information, competitive pricing on line which brought us to Ramsey where we met Eddie Cordero with whom we closed the deal. I must admit that if it wasn't for Mr Waddell's professional and friendly approach on-line we would not have purchased the car last week. Upon arrival at Ramsey Nissan, at 9am on a very cold and rainy Sept 30, we were met by a friendly and professional staff. After 30 minutes we walked out happy that we bought the car we wanted. In the evening we arrived, check in hand, to pick up our new car. After signing the paperwork with Fred Styka, finance manager, who clearly outlined the necessary info we were taken to the service area and introduced to the Service Advisor Jeniffer Van Fleet. We received info regarding the service area and already received our appointment for the first oil change. A truely nice and professional experience! More
