After having had a horrible experience with this dealership in 2001, I was reluctant to return. Normally a scary experience purchasing a new car was a seamless experience without any high pressure salesmanship. The normally dreaded end of the sales meeting with the business manager was not the case Mr. Jerry Papp. There was never any attempts to get me to purchase additional after-market options or extended warrantees. I would gladly encourage anyone looking for a new car purchase, or lease,to visit theRamsey Nissan dealership and talk to their staff. More

Within minutes he called me back to tell me no more 2010's but could get me into a 2011. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. While in the dealership spoke to manager Jose, also a nice guy. They really take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for in a vehicle as well what you can afford based on your financial situation. They make is obvious that they truly care about their customers. The salesman that I have dealt with in particular is Mike Swalha. Mike has been great and will always go above and beyond for his customer. One thing I can say about Mike is that he is always honest and will never ever pressure you into making a purchase. As you know this is not something that you can easily find when working with a car salesman. I walked into this Nissan Dealership with some basic knowledge of the lineup of vehicles and an idea that I wanted either a sedan or a crossover. I was lucky enough to be approached by Jim Deghetto, knowledge of the lineup of vehicles and an idea that I wanted either a sedan or a crossover. I was lucky enough to be approached by Jim Deghetto, one of the Nissan Sales specialists. He introduced me to the Juke, the Rogue, and the Murano. Jim's knowledge far exceeded what was listed on each sticker helping me understand the differences in transmission, drivetrain, performance, and fuel economy of each vehicle. At this point, I had decided on test driving the Rogue and soon thereafter found myself negotiating a finance/lease on a fully loaded in your face, kick ass cross-over Rogue. Between Jim, the sales manager Jose, and the rest of the staff, their eagerness to strike a deal, to obtain a greater than expected value on my trade-in, and reach the price I was looking to pay was done quickly and with little or no anxiety. Once we struck a deal, I sat back, drank some coffee, while Jim took care of everything from the paperwork to taking the license plates off my old car. Thanks guys! It was a pleasure! My husband and I visited Ramsey Nissan after a two week search to different dealers to lease a new car. We were greeted by Jim Deghetto. We told Jim we were looking for an Altima. Jim explained the feat search to different dealers to lease a new car. We were greeted by Jim Deghetto. We told Jim we were looking for an Altima. Jim explained the features in the different models and suggested I take it for a test drive. After the test drive, we returned to Jim's office to discuss price. Jim also told me that he would take delivery of my current leased vehicle and arrange to return it to the dealer. Wow...one stop shopping!! I told Jim that I still needed to visit another dealer and would return later that day to give him my decision. When I returned two hours later, Jim was not there, but Erik the sales manager greeted us. We agreed on a price, and another consultant, Sam, filled out the paper work. I arranged to pick up the car two days later. When I arrived, Jim greeted us, showed me the car, again reviewed the car's features with me and introduced us to the service department. We then met with the business manager, Fred, who was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have to say that the people I met, work together as a family. There was no pressure. The staff was very friendly and it was certainly the best car shopping experience I ever had. Thanks Jim! More
