They really take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for in a vehicle as well what you can afford based on your financial situation. They make is obvious that they truly care about their customers. The salesman that I have dealt with in particular is Mike Swalha. Mike has been great and will always go above and beyond for his customer. One thing I can say about Mike is that he is always honest and will never ever pressure you into making a purchase. As you know this is not something that you can easily find when working with a car salesman. I walked into this Nissan Dealership with some basic knowledge of the lineup of vehicles and an idea that I wanted either a sedan or a crossover. I was lucky enough to be approached by Jim Deghetto, knowledge of the lineup of vehicles and an idea that I wanted either a sedan or a crossover. I was lucky enough to be approached by Jim Deghetto, one of the Nissan Sales specialists. He introduced me to the Juke, the Rogue, and the Murano. Jim's knowledge far exceeded what was listed on each sticker helping me understand the differences in transmission, drivetrain, performance, and fuel economy of each vehicle. At this point, I had decided on test driving the Rogue and soon thereafter found myself negotiating a finance/lease on a fully loaded in your face, kick ass cross-over Rogue. Between Jim, the sales manager Jose, and the rest of the staff, their eagerness to strike a deal, to obtain a greater than expected value on my trade-in, and reach the price I was looking to pay was done quickly and with little or no anxiety. Once we struck a deal, I sat back, drank some coffee, while Jim took care of everything from the paperwork to taking the license plates off my old car. Thanks guys! It was a pleasure! My husband and I visited Ramsey Nissan after a two week search to different dealers to lease a new car. We were greeted by Jim Deghetto. We told Jim we were looking for an Altima. Jim explained the feat search to different dealers to lease a new car. We were greeted by Jim Deghetto. We told Jim we were looking for an Altima. Jim explained the features in the different models and suggested I take it for a test drive. After the test drive, we returned to Jim's office to discuss price. Jim also told me that he would take delivery of my current leased vehicle and arrange to return it to the dealer. Wow...one stop shopping!! I told Jim that I still needed to visit another dealer and would return later that day to give him my decision. When I returned two hours later, Jim was not there, but Erik the sales manager greeted us. We agreed on a price, and another consultant, Sam, filled out the paper work. I arranged to pick up the car two days later. When I arrived, Jim greeted us, showed me the car, again reviewed the car's features with me and introduced us to the service department. We then met with the business manager, Fred, who was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have to say that the people I met, work together as a family. There was no pressure. The staff was very friendly and it was certainly the best car shopping experience I ever had. Thanks Jim! More

Our first meeting was with Jeff Stone. My two daughters were very impressed with Jeff's friendliness and his patience in answering all of their questions. He showed the girls five different cars. Jeff was not a high pressure sales person which made the girls feel very comfortable. A few days later I came back with my daughter who was interested in the Altima. Jeff was not working the day we came in on our second visit. Murph helped us and reviewed with us the features of the cars we had wanted to see.He spent much time trying to find the perfect car. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to decide on the car of our choice but told him we wanted to come back the next day with our definite answer. When we returned Murph had the car waiting for us. Jeff took us to the car and we went for a test drive. He pointed out the special features and took time to explain every detail. We came back to the showroom and worked out a final price with Murph who made the experience a no-brainer. We then proceeded to Jeff's desk where he completed the necessary paperwork. All four of us chatted a while until we met with Fred who explained the warranty paperwork. Everyone we met at Ramsey Nissan was friendly, competent and low pressure.
