We had a great experience at this dealership. Andrew was very patient and did not try to push us to buy a car we did not want. In the end, we made a last minute switch to upgrade the rogue to the next level because the cost was very reasonable. This meant redoing alot of paperwork by Andrew and Jerry--they were very gracious about the change. I originally dealt with Chingis about 6 weeks ago to simply test drive a car. I was not yet ready to purchase and Chingis was extremely understanding and did not push at all. He was busy with a customer when I arrived, but rather than have me wait for him or come back another time, he had Brian help me. Brian was great. We test drove the exact car I was interested in. He did not try to upsell me. He was friendly, quick and efficient. Brian even called my insurance company to transfer my policy from the old car to the new one. He made it possible for me to take the car that night even though it was late and stayed to review the different features of the car. Fred the Business Manager was also very helpful. This experience was probably the best experience with a car dealership that I have ever had. More

I’ve done this enough to understand that the Dealership has to make a profit on the sale. It is no easy task for a salesman to ensure both profit and a happy customer at the end of the deal. I believe that Sam accomplished both with this transaction. I will absolutely buy my 4th new Nissan from Sam and Ramsey Nissan when it’s time and highly recommend that you ask for Sam as your Sales Consultant.
