I originally dealt with Chingis about 6 weeks ago to simply test drive a car. I was not yet ready to purchase and Chingis was extremely understanding and did not push at all. Instead, he took my information and let me know when new deals were happening. When I was ready to purchase I called Chingis and made an appointment. He was busy with a customer when I arrived, but rather than have me wait for him or come back another time, he had Brian help me. Brian was great. We test drove the exact car I was interested in. He did not try to upsell me. He was friendly, quick and efficient. Brian even called my insurance company to transfer my policy from the old car to the new one. He made it possible for me to take the car that night even though it was late and stayed to review the different features of the car. Fred the Business Manager was also very helpful. This experience was probably the best experience with a car dealership that I have ever had. More

There were no schemes or tricks. It was a fair, honest and professional business transaction. Most of which is credited to my Sales Consultant, Sam Sierra. He was the consummate professional. I’ve done this enough to understand that the Dealership has to make a profit on the sale. It is no easy task for a salesman to ensure both profit and a happy customer at the end of the deal. I believe that Sam accomplished both with this transaction. I will absolutely buy my 4th new Nissan from Sam and Ramsey Nissan when it’s time and highly recommend that you ask for Sam as your Sales Consultant. Also, it would be remiss of me not to mention Fred Styka, the Business Manager at Ramsey Nissan. We dealt with Fred when we were financing/closing the deal. After having had a horrible experience with this dealership in 2001, I was reluctant to return. Normally a scary experience purchasing a new car was a seamless experience without any high pressure salesmanship. The normally dreaded end of the sales meeting with the business manager was not the case Mr. Jerry Papp. There was never any attempts to get me to purchase additional after-market options or extended warrantees. After going to another dealer in NJ, and having a very bad feeling about my buyng a vehicle from this other dealer, I called Ramsey Nissan. I spoke to Robert and told him the situation regarding this other dealership. I asked him what he could do to get me into a new 2010 Nissan. Within minutes he called me back to tell me no more 2010's but could get me into a 2011. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. While in the dealership spoke to manager Jose, also a nice guy. That night I left my deposit.They did all the necessary paperwork and three days later I picked up my new vehicle. Thanks Ramsey Nissan for treating your customers the right way. More
