From start to finish this dealer was head and shoulders above the rest of them. I would recommend this dealership 110%. I went to Ramsey with the interest of trading my Nissan Murano for an updated 2009 Murano in July 2011. Unfortuantely I was unable to finalize a deal to no fault of t with the interest of trading my Nissan Murano for an updated 2009 Murano in July 2011. Unfortuantely I was unable to finalize a deal to no fault of the dealership in any way. I was leaving on vacation the next day. They were courteous , friendly, always showing a smile in every form regardless of my interest in buying at that moment. I did promise them I'll return after my vacation and surprisingly the sales Manager Jose C. and the sales representative Max C. both called me to let me know that the car was sold, but to come back since they had a few other models coming in. On my return a month later, I went straight back to Max and got an even better deal with the great work of the finance rep. Richard. I walked out the dealership with a brand new 2011 Nissan Murano with even more features than I expected I could afford such as Navigation, Bose system, leather and most importantly keeping me at the same monthly payment I was making on my previous 2007 Murano. The trade in value was even more than what I expected considering I did go window shopping at other dealerships and was offered half of what Ramsey gave me on my trade in. They took great care of my duaghter and made her comfortable while I was looking around and finalizing my deal. I couldn't believe I drove out of the dealer in 3 hours with a brand NEW car. That was great, my previous experiences took over 8 hours. I couldn't be happier with Ramsey Nissan and their trememdous staff of Max, Richard, and Jose. Thanks again Max for the great experience. Just bought my second car from ramsey nissan...wonderful experience. Eric was extremely patient and helpful...the important thing is no one was pushy or made me feel pressured , I felt like I was buying a c experience. Their service is horrible. I bought a used car from there that was CPO. Their CPO process is not reliable. I've had several issues with the car already. Not only have I had to bring the car back the there that was CPO. Their CPO process is not reliable. I've had several issues with the car already. Not only have I had to bring the car back their 3 times since I bought it (in 1 mo!), now their service group is giving me attitude about the problems that still exist in my car. They claim that they can't hear the issues that I'm having - they pertain to speakers and a dashboard rattle; while I and everyone else that sat in my car clearly can. Their service is horrible. Consider the fact that your gonna have to haggle with their service group to fix any problems and factor that into your price negotiations if you buy a used car there. Better yet, dont shop there. Until a month ago, I had never in my life considered leasing or financing, and had only bought used cars from private sellers. I had no knowledge of how pricing, rates, terms, or anything else for that leasing or financing, and had only bought used cars from private sellers. I had no knowledge of how pricing, rates, terms, or anything else for that matter, other than the cars themselves. By the time I walked out the first visit, I knew everything I needed to know. By the time I left on my second visit, I was leaving in a new car. The overall vibe inside is very warm. Visually, the place is polished and elegant, but the staff makes you feel like you're just talking to a group of friends who happen to know a lot more than you do about cars. I never felt like I was being sold anything, I was just having conversations with people more knowledgeable than me. Never once felt anyone was being shady or deceitful. Pricing, overall, was very good. There were some ridiculously good deals out on the lot. Answers to questions were thorough. Most of my time was spent with the three people listed above - Sam, Nick, and John C, who each, individually, did more than their fair share, and worked seamlessly together, making the day I signed the lease more relaxing and enjoyable than I would have thought it could be. Based on what I've heard from friends' experiences, and from what I experienced while shopping around, it seems Ramsey Nissan is sort of a diamond in the rough. No complaints, plenty of praise. More

My 1997 Maxima, after years of service and 160k miles, needed replacement. So, a few months ago, I started looking around. Last Saturday, I pulled the trigger and got a brand-new Maxima SV, with the cold needed replacement. So, a few months ago, I started looking around. Last Saturday, I pulled the trigger and got a brand-new Maxima SV, with the cold weather package. Chingis and Jose were very helpful, as was Tiffany (through email). No pressure. And I feel as though I got a good deal and a great car. I would recommend Ramsey Nissan - and these salespeople - wholeheartedly. Thanks, guys. I LOVE the car. BTW I took a trip this weekend and got 27.8 mpg-not bad for a 290 HP car!!! More
