As a person that has been leasing the past couple of vehicles, come lease end I get anxiety of having to walk into a dealership and haggle a price. When I went to Ramsey from the time I walked in the door to when I picked up my new Rogue I never felt anxiety or frustration. Erik Slotnick and the other gentlemen I dealt with were more than friendly, not pushy and I never felt that "salesman" approach from anyone. This was the quickest transaction from paperwork, change of insurance coverage and returning my leased Chevy, which they took care of everything for me!! I walked away very happy with the service I received and was impressed with the overall experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Erik and he should be commended for making what could have been a dreadful experience a very pleasant one!! More

My experience at Ramsey Nissan was wonderful. Both Murph and Diego took the time to explain everything pertaining to the altima. Samir Aly at Ramsey Nissan was extremely helpful during my search for a new car. After going to a Nissan dealership near my home with my father, we were really disappointed with the service and price they my search for a new car. I called Ramsey Nissan the same night, and they allowed us to come in even though it was an hour before closing time. Unlike the other dealership, Sammy allowed me to test drive the Maxima as soon as he learned I was interested. During the drive he provided us with an extensive background on the car and answered all of our questions clearly and honestly. He also promised to give us the deal we had seen in the newspaper without any hidden fees or taxes. My father, who has an extreme knowledge of cars and has purchased from many dealerships, was so impressed and believes that Samir provided us with the best service he has ever experienced in his life. Confident that there was no need to look any further, we decided to lease the car immediately. Following the purchase, Sammy even took the time to show me every button and function of the car regardless of it being an hour past closing time. It was indeed a wonderful experience to buy a used Nissan Sentra from Ramsey. Pleasant experience was the result of their sales manager Mr. Samir Aly, who was assigned to handle us. This was a big change, as before meeting him at Ramsey we had visited several other dealers in NY city and surrounding areas. He is the only one who looked to be very clear-cut to the point, not interested in wasting your time, at the same time trying to understand what you need and coming up with right ideas. We had a big range, we were ready to buy cheaper new car or a good pre-used one with better price and model. We had already looked at their site and identified some of the cars which were within our budget and of the type we wanted. Surprisingly Samir told us that he feels happy about it, when people come prepared with info from internet. That way they already know enough to make up their mind quickly and his job is also easier to find for them car suitable for them. After some initial discussion with him we could identify within a very short period, a pre-used Nissan Sentra, with much lower price than our maximum budget. Car was in good shape and after test driving and seeing more details on CarFax report and information from him, we could come to a final decision in less than an hour. Each time he was ready to help us with all the necessary information at the same time leaving us free to make the final decision. He has exactly the right style a sales manager should have. He was ready to do all paper work with in an hour so that we could take the car but we needed for some reason a day. Next day after the paper work was completed, he willingly picked us up from a distance a little far from Nissan Ramsey office. We took the car. Other managers at Ramsey Nissan with whom we dealt were also very pleasant. While he was getting ready with some paper work, I got a chance to read some of the reviews about him. All were very happy with him several said they came back to him and bought cars even trucks again. I recommend to go to Samir Aly and Ramsey in NJ if you are looking for new or pre-used car. More
