I went to this dealership to purchase a certified preowned sentra. The sales people were helpful and friendly but when we decided to purchase a car we were given a price over the phone that included preowned sentra. The sales people were helpful and friendly but when we decided to purchase a car we were given a price over the phone that included a charge ( that I later found out ) was a $200.00 "option". We were never asked if we wanted this option. On the purchase paper it was in black like the other required charges but with the word " optional " in parentheses. I foolishly figured if it said optional I would have been asked so I didn't question it. Later when I realized I was charged for this without my consent I emailed the salesperson. He got back to me several days later and told me they would remove it but I had to get the car there that afternoon. It was already 1:00 pm and I had no idea where my son was with the car. It would have been quite difficult to get the car there. His excuse was " everyone usually wants it done ". So I had no choice but to keep this " option". So my experience with this dealership at the beginning was a pleasant one , it ended unpleasant and a feeling of being taken advantage of. More

Eric was diligent, informative and personable. I decided to lease for the first time, and I found the price for a Maxima engaging. I assigned a 4 on price because I didn't get the same rebates as a new car to lease for the first time, and I found the price for a Maxima engaging.
