I had the pleasure of working with Nick when I went to Nissan Ramsey to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Rogue to a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. Nick was an outstanding salesman who walked me through each step of t Nissan Ramsey to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Rogue to a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. Nick worked with Jose the salesmanager who finalized the deal to ensure I get everything I need from Nissan Ramsey and not have to go anywhere else to make my purchase. I was able to trade in my 2010 Rogue which I was still in a lease for and without being penalized for anything I was able to upgrade to a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder Silver edition. Nick was informative, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. After sealing the deal, Nick went above and beyond to assist me in transferring all of my personal belongings from my old vehicle to my new one. He then went over the different features of my new car and helped with connecting my phone to the blue tooth of the car and gave me a tutorial on all the different features. I could not have asked for anything more! Nick was absolutely outstanding and I look forward to working with him again in the future! More

This particular car purchase was a much better experience than I had expected. This is my 8th car and my 4th Nissan. I was debating on whether I should keep my 2008 Altima car payment free for another year, than I had expected. This is my 8th car and my 4th Nissan. I was debating on whether I should keep my 2008 Altima car payment free for another year, but already having 86,000.00 miles it weighed heavily on my mind. I still think that the 2008 looks better than the 2012 and my car was in mint condition so I was really struggling with what to do. I had already visited Totowa Nissan who did not even have a sales conversation with me and Rockland Nissan that was my dealership for the past 4 years and 2 car purchases didn't go out of their way at all and didn't return my call. I just happened to be visiting a mechanic next door to Ramsey Nissan who was going to install front and rearl brakes on my car when he said to me, why don't you just go inside Ramsey Nissan and see what they can do. So I did on September 3rd and Jose and Leo spent a lot of time with me and basically told me that they would locate the car of my choice and work with my numbers because they wanted my business. That's good sales and I felt a sense of trust that I usually never feel in car dealership. Andrew Waddell a week later took the time to answer questions that I had about a rebate and invited me up to the store to go over everything with me again and show me the car before they installed the fog lights and spoiler for me. They were all great and I can be a pain because of my previous experiences with car dealerships. I am also very particular and suspicious by nature. Right now I hope that the service department will be as wonderful as the sales department because then I will be a loyal customer to Ramsey Nissan. Thank you. More

Every one knows the stereotypical car salesman personality, this man is exactly the opposite. he made me comfortable and didn't pressure me in any way. an experience that could have been so difficult was made so much easier.
