My experience with the sales team was good though I didn't like that I wasn't contacted about what was going on in the finance dept. I continually had to call the dealership to get updates and I don't didn't like that I wasn't contacted about what was going on in the finance dept. I continually had to call the dealership to get updates and I don't think that that is something I should have had to do. On my end, it seemed like I was forgotten which is not a good feeling. Other than that everyone was SUPER friendly and I love my new Altima. I would recommend others to the dealership if I knew they would be updated on anything they needed for their car. Thank you More

Angelo was very professional and I am extremely happy with my purchase. On the other hand the manager Jose kept interfering with the deal and started to aggravate me because he was constantly using his c with my purchase. Many times it is a difficult experience looking for a new car. Prior to Ramsey Nissan I had visited other dealerships. Ramsey Nissan was the last dealership I came to (they save the best for last). He was a very organized employee and knew what he was talking about. He also had great knowledge of other vehicles just in-case you are comparing the car. He made the process so simple and easy.
