I went into the dealership with my old leased car. I thought for sure I would need to continue paying the lease until the term and then purchase the car as it had some body damage to it that I didn't re thought for sure I would need to continue paying the lease until the term and then purchase the car as it had some body damage to it that I didn't repair. The sales person Eric suprised me as I ended up with a 2012 Nissian Altima two days later. I am happy about my experience with Nissian and their cars and service. I had the pleasure of having Jorge Prada as my sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took me for a test drive and explained very well everything I needed to know about the car. It turned out that at the time I was not ready to buy a car. My experience with Jorge Prada was so positive last year that I decided to go back this year and purchase a new car. Jorge, I truly appreciate the excellent job/customer service last year!!! Finally a few weeks ago I decided to buy a 2012 Rogue. This time, Murph and Mae helped me. They truly took well care of me. My experience with them was amazing!!Stress free, they weren't pushy at all, and gave the best deal. They answered all the questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Once I said yes to my 2012 Rogue, Mae took care of everything. Went home the same day driving my new car!! Murph-i love how straight forward and sincere you are!!! I just walked in to the dealership to look at the new Murano C.C. convertible and walked out with a new set of car keys! This was the fastest new SUV purchase I ever made. My trade in price was very fair for my 2010 Honda Crosstour. Mae Nader was very helpful. Jose the sales manager did the numbers and made the deal work. Jerry took care of all the paper work and was very articulate. No heavy handed sales pitches here at all. A non pressure atmosphere. The selection of trucks was super as also this place was spotless. The price quoted was lower than I was willing to pay!! That never happens. This SUV is a dream to drive and would recommend this car and dealership to anyone who is serious in purchasing a Nissan. TERRIBLE service department. I couldn't make this up if I wanted to. This service department and their corporate office dragged my wife and I through hell for 2 weeks. The mechanics said that my wife's 2 yea wanted to. This service department and their corporate office dragged my wife and I through hell for 2 weeks. The mechanics said that my wife's 2 year old car with less than 35k miles needed a new engine (for $8700), and were refusing warranty coverage. After 2 weeks of dealing with no honest answers, we took the car to 3 other mechanics who all were dumbfounded because they found nothing wrong. Ended up only paying $85 in labor charges (for them to look in the engine and TRY to find something wrong) elsewhere to prove we were right. What did Nissan corporate say in the end. "Wow. I can't believe that. We are so sorry." That's it. Not even an apology from this service department. The only reason corporate called in the first place wasn't to apologize but was to see if we'd be willing to bring it back for the car to be looked at again (they didn't know that we had got it "fixed" elsewhere). Do Not Buy Nissan, and definitely do not take your vehicle here to be serviced! More

I visited the dealership a few times and was pleased that THIS dealer didn't keep me there any longer than I wanted to be. Usually, its "wait, don't leave, my manager wants to talk to you" and 'wait, I'll check with my manager if we can do that. Literally, hours could go by with me sitting at the sales agents desk. This includes Infiniti and BMW dealers. I've bought or leased several cars, and this was the easiest deal ever. I asked for the dealer to install (and back) a remote start on my new car. I wasn't happy with the usual remote start offered so I found a much better one that I wanted. I was shocked to learn, again, there was no change in price. Further, the remote start that was finally installed was actually more costly than the one I orginally specified. Further, the dealer wasn't shy about putting me in contact with the subcontractor who could answer all my technical questions. Didn't have to go back and forth with a middle guy. Usually, its the finance manager that becomes the bad guy, pushing programs or telling you why the charges are higher than expected and never showing you the contract until he wants you to sign it. Not Nissan Ramsey's guy. He took me thru the contract and pointed out all the numbers. More
I hate buying cars. But I got a great price, I'm thrilled with the car and the purchase process was painless. Our Sales Rep Andrew, listened, there was no high pressure tactics. Ms. Naber called us with a good offer to roll over to a new car lease and turn in the old car lease 7 months prior to maturation.
